Prolouge: Love to Ashes.

Keith sits on the bed of his and Cherry's shared bedroom, contemplating. Was Tabi being serious? . . . Normally, he would be suspicious when someone was against his girlfriend, but this was different. Tabi didn't speak with just resentment, anger or bitterness like Cherry's other supposed enemies. Tabi expressed a burning, undying, passionate hatred for the redhead. The rage in his voice, his hostility, and of course the ever so dreadful experience of the restaurant being blown up was a clear indication that something was up. The young singer looks down to the floor. Now that he thought of it, he remembered why Tabi was so mad in the first place. He said Cherry used him. The thought sent a chill down the bluenette's spine. She couldn't have, right..? She's his girlfriend, he knows she wouldn't do that... But then again... She did look rather nervous when Tabi confronted her. She was sweating, trying to not look unnerved. As if she knew what he was talking about. Oh god. The more that this pieced together, the more Keith felt this deep, sickening anxiety wash over him.

Then, he remembered another factor. Tabi tried to kill Cherry. He knew that someone wouldn't kill another unless A, they're a sadist who kills for the hell of it, B, a criminal, or C, they want that person dead. Keith shuddered, as he tried to piece everything together. Before him, Cherry was dating Tabi, and according to that tall Russian man, Cherry used him for her music, and her father had him kidnapped, and turned into what he is now. Jesus, that certainly sounded like the Dearests... But he needed to be sure. So, he decided to confront the main suspect. His own girlfriend. He wanted to believe that Tabi was wrong, but he had this gut feeling he couldn't get rid of, which kept kicking as he left the room.

Keith kept walking, until he found Cherry in the living room, sitting on the couch and looking at her phone. The rapper silently looks at her silently, then clears his throat. "Cherry." Keith's serious tone catches the attention of the heiress, causing her to look up at her boyfriend, with a confused look. "Hey love." She says, putting her phone on the table and smiling towards him. "What's up?" Keith gives the girl a stern look, and continues. "We need to talk." He crosses his arms, which earned a noticeably nervous look from the red dressed young demon. "Keith, you're scaring me. Talk about what?" Keith sighs, and looks away from her. "What Tabi said that day." He looks back at her. "Was he lying?..." Cherry doesn't answer. She looks away from him, which turned into this uncomfortable silence. When Cherry kept quiet after a few minutes, his expression changed to one that showed shock, denial, but more importantly, anger. So Tabi was telling the truth.. Keith stares at his girlfriend, the red head tensing up as Keith stared at her with his angry look.

Keith tensed up, taking a second to gather his words. " You cant be serious. Why?! Why Cherry, WHY?!" The young man's scream causes Cherry to flinch, as he looked at her in utter disgust. "What is your problem?! Tabi loved you, you knew him for so long, and you stab him in the back like that?! Cherry, what the hell?!" Keith wasn't just mad anymore. He was livid. "I hope you're proud of yourself for ruining him like that. If he couldn't see past it, i certainly cant." Watching his tone decrease from fuming to this.... Surprisingly calm one caught Cherry off guard, as she opened her mouth to talk, making Keith shake his head and put his hand up. "Stop. There's nothing you can say that justifies what you took part in. We're breaking up. I'm done." Keith left the room, packed up his things, and slammed the door shut.

And so, he turned his back, and started the trip back to his parent's place. He never wanted to be near that house, or anything connected to it ever again.
