Dream found himself following a trail of George all over the castle. He asked the staff who all pointed him in different directions. It took him almost a while to decide to head back to the dining room, where he finally saw George in the hallway looking outside a window and playing nervously with the crown in his hand. Dream made his steps quieter and slower as he went up to the Prince.

He looked more like royalty now than ever. His white suit with gold thread emblems, neatly combed hair, and the shiny crown in his hands all against the light coming from the window made him look like one of the paintings in the library.

Dream smiled to himself look around the hallway. Once he saw the coast was clear he took off his helmet and tapped the prince's shoulder.

"What are you looking for?"

"Dream!" The prince jumped, "You scared me!" George shoved him lightly but laughed along with Dream.

"I was looking for you everywhere. You have to greet everyone,"

"Everyone?"

"Sapnap, the princess, and her brothers,"

George's face fell slightly with a simple "Oh" He turned back to look at out the window. Dream joined him in looking outside. The view was a nice late afternoon and the forests around the castle grounds. The knight heard him sigh.

"It's turning into autumn soon," George said quietly.

"It is," Dream answered.

"It's almost my birthday, you know?" George nearly whispering.

"Really?" Dream asked. George nodded "We should do something fun for you then."

George thought for a moment, "Dream?"

"Yeah?" He replied

"You should make good on your promise," George said. Dream turned to him. "Take me to the beach." His voice was so soft but so sweet that Dream had no choice but to say "Of course,"

"Soon?" The prince asked and turned to him.

"Soon." The knight met his gaze.

George smiled slightly, sighed, and looked down at the crown in his hands, "I'm procrastinating,"

"I know," Dream said

"You're helping me procrastinate," George looked up to notice Dream's eyes had never left his face, and Dream tried to comfort him with a smile.

"I know,"

There was a moment of silence as they stared at eachother. Dream didnt want to be the first to look away so he didn't and for some reason the knight didn't understand yet, George didn't either.

"I've never been good at meeting people," George said.

"You met me,"
