[ Haruame’s POV ]

I was relaxing at home, Just flipping through a novel about superstitions when I received a phone call. I checked the caller ID and saw that It was my father, Rintaro Hinata. I felt a slight bit enthusiastic since it has been a while since he had called me, I picked up the call and felt like my eardrums were practically bursting from his vociferous voice.

“ Haru-Chan!!!! Akjeygurhueirgeu!!!! “

I couldn’t understand half of what he said, Once he had eventually settled down I implored him to repeat himself but slower and with his indoor voice. He apologized repeatedly before he eventually reached the point of the call.

“ Haru-Chan, I’m getting married to Miwa! “ My dad slightly shrieked, I was surprised to hear this but I was delighted. I reckoned that It was about time for him to get with someone new, My mother disappeared just before My dad adopted Ema and He remained unmarried until she became a teenager and met Miwa. Me and Ema were exceptionally pleased that he finally found someone to cherish and be cherished by, Nonetheless, I had to make sure that Miwa wasn’t just with my dad for ulterior objectives, and Luckily she wasn’t.

Miwa is a charming and friendly woman, I happily gave my blessing for the two to be together. Anyhow, My dad informed me that their wedding was in 2 months and hoped that I could come for the wedding. He also told me that Ema was moving in with Miwa’s 13 sons.
I felt my smile crack when I heard that, My younger sister, Who just turned 17 years old a little while ago, in a house full of 13 boys between the ages of 31 to 10. There were 5 boys there around my sister's age and were teenagers/Young adults. I could not approve of that decision, I told my father that I wished to visit Ema and live with her for a while, Perhaps bond with my new brothers.

My father was incredibly pleased to hear that, He instantly sent me the address to my step-brother's house and told me that he would contact The eldest Son, Masaomi Asahina. I then chatted with my dad a little more before we finished the call and I hastily packed my things and then booked the earliest flight I could afford without going broke.

Thankfully I did my job from home and All I required was my laptop or my phone to be able to work, I was a freelance writer who works from home, {Freelance writing is the career of a professional writer who works as a contractor as opposed to a full-time staff writer at a company. Freelancers offer their writing services to different clients and often work across a variety of genres, writing about any topic a client assigns.}

After packing everything I instantly headed to the airport, I somehow managed to book a last-minute flight, and luckily they had one last seat open. I thanked the gods for my extremely good luck and called an Uber to take me to the airport. I made it there just in time and very hurriedly checked in {A/N: Or whatever it is that people do at airports}  and got onto the plane in time. I put my baggage up on the shelves above the seats and took my spot in the second seat, which was the one in the aisle.

I was settled and wheezing heavily as I soniced everything. I did it all so fast that It practically felt like a blur. I closed my eyes and put my earbuds in. I listened to 30 seconds to Mars, My favorite band. My favorite song from them was “This is war”.
Without realizing it, I fell asleep in less than 20 minutes. I experienced a dreamless, Peaceful nap

By the time I woke up, The plane was about to land. I was still a bit disoriented from my nap {A/N: A rather long nap if you ask me, Haruame: Well no one asked you} I shook my head to get rid of my drowsiness and took my earbuds out of my ears before slipping them and my phone into my hoodie pocket.

When the plane finally landed and we were allowed to get off, I stayed till most of the people were off the plane before I got up from my seat and grabbed my luggage which was just 2 suitcases and a duffle bag. If I forgot anything then I could just buy it, I brought plenty of money with me. And If I ran out of money then I'll just take up another writing project and earn more. It wasn't that hard to write for certain clients and they paid me very well too.
