Y/n sat in the lobby of the hospital as she waited for her dad to respond to her message. After a few minutes, he replied.

Did Robby take your call?

Dad 🥋
he didn't wanna talk.

There was her answer. Ever since Daniel told the police Robby was turning himself in and was put in juvie, Robby didn't want anything to do with Daniel. Daniel had tried to call him several times and each time Robby hung up the second he heard Daniel's voice.

'maybe I could try and call him?' Y/n thought. Just then Sam walked up to her. Y/n put her phone away and looked up at her sister. "How'd it go?" Y/n asked. "Good. Look when you're done talking with him we gotta talk." Sam replied. "Alright," Y/n said as she stood up. "Be right back" y/n grabbed a paper beside her.

She began walking to Miguel's room. Once she reached it she saw Hawk walking out. He glared at her and bumped shoulders with her as he made his way out. "Asshole" she muttered. Y/n peeked her head into the room "Hey, can I come in?" Y/n said. Miguel looked over and nodded his head. She walked over to his bed holding the paper in her hand. "How are you?—sorry, dumb question" Y/n scratched her neck.

Miguel laughed softly "I'm okay," he said. Y/n handed the paper to him. It was a drawing of him in his Gi. "I drew this for you, I hope you like it" Miguel exclaimed the drawing. "Thanks, you didn't have to," he said

"you think you'll come to school any time soon? I'm getting kinda lonely, you know?" Y/n asked not exactly knowing what to say. Miguel bit the side of his cheek "yeah I'm not sure" he said. He sighed deeply and looked down at his hands "the doctor told my mom that I might not be able to walk again" he informed. "But I'm getting this surgery done by a surgeon who supposedly performs miracles"

"My mom's probably gonna be in debt and there's not a big chance the surgery will actually work so I'm not getting my hopes up." He finished. Y/n's eyes softened "Miguel...I'm so sorry."

Someone cleared their throat from behind them. Y/n turned around and saw a nurse at the door. "Guess I have to go." Y/n said, "you know if you get bored or need to talk to someone, call me." Y/n gave the tan boy a small smile. Miguel nodded. Y/n waved goodbye before walking out of the room. Y/n walked back to Sam.
"Did he tell you?" She asked. Y/n nodded her head "Yeah, we gotta do something to help him"

"I was thinking of doing a car wash. It's pretty hot out and it's still pretty early so we have some time to figure things out" Sam said. "That's a great idea" Y/n replied. "Glad we're on the same page." Sam smiled.

The car wash had officially started and the lot was filled with tons of cars. Most wanted to help out Miguel while others wanted to get a look at the cheerleaders.

Y/n finished doing her part and waved Demetri over to her "he'll finish you up" y/n said with a smile. The woman in the car nodded. Y/n spotted a car pull up and started making her way over to the car. She wore a smile on her face as she reached the car "Hey! Are we doing the wash..." her smile dropped as she trailed off. Andy sat in the driver's seat looking at Y/n with a widened-eyed expression.

"Y/n?" He mumbled, "that's my name isn't it?" Y/n replied in annoyance. "what do you want? Wash with wax or no wax?" Y/n said. "You" Andy replied. Y/n grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and brought him close "look if you don't wanna help Miguel out then I suggest you leave" Y/n said.

"Let's do no wax" Andy replied with a chuckle. "That'll be twenty bucks" Nate popped up beside Y/n. Andy handed the smaller boy the money who put it into an envelope.

"Yo Chris! Help him out. Just wash, No wax" Y/n shouted. "Alright!" Chris made his way over to Andy's car. Chris got on top of his car and began washing. Andy rolled his eyes as Y/n walked away.

It was noon and the car wash was wrapped up. Y/n had dropped off those who need to be taken home. Y/n dropped off Demetri who gave a small kiss on the lips before getting out. Y/n drove back home. Once home she went to her room and grabbed some clothes plus her towel before heading to her bathroom to take a shower.
Y/n took her sweet time showering and eventually got out. She dried her body before putting on her clothes. She let her hair down allowing it to air dry.

A few hours passed by and Y/n was sitting in the living room watching (favorite tv show) when she heard several knocks on her door. Y/n got up and walked to the door. Opening the front door standing in front of it was Chris, Demetri, and a few Miyagi-Do's. "Hey? Is everything alright?" Y/n asked as she noticed the looks on the boy's faces.

"Is your dad here?" Chris asked. "No. He's a work. Why? What happened?" Y/n asked with concern. "Cobra Kai took the money and—" Demetri began "they kicked the fucking shit out of me" Nathaniel pushed past them.
Y/n's eyes widened. "Shit..." —Y/n cursed—"come inside let's fix you up"

Y/n walked to the living room (the others following) and went to the bathroom and got out a first-aid kit. She walked back to where everyone was and cleaned up the smaller boy "I can't believe they'd do that" Y/n said as she knelt. "We gotta do something," Chris said.

"Oh, we will," Y/n assured.
