(This chapter will just focus on a certain someone joining cobra kai )

Kreese watched the boys in the gym. He spotted two boys who he'd think would fit perfectly in Cobra Kai. A bigger guy who lifted weights with ease and a chocolate-haired boy who was pretty good at boxing.

Those two boys happened to be Brucks and Andy.

Andy had already boxed before his breakup with Y/n but never took it too seriously. After the breakup and the stunt Y/n pulled on him he began to practice more and more.

The day Kreese was on a hunt for Cobra Kai members Andy happened to be at the gym he was at. Kreese only intended to pick one person from that gym but when he spotted Andy he knew he would be a great asset to Cobra Kai. Not only did he look like he was good at boxing but he looked rather smart.

After getting the suggestion of joining Cobra Kai from Kreese, Andy found it a little weird. But recalling the humiliation he got from Y/n he put the reluctance behind him and agreed to join.

It was the day of going to the dojo and Andy was outside the dojo. Approaching the dojo was Kyler and Brucks.
"Yo, that old dude recruited you too?" Kyler said to Andy.
Andy nodded. Another three boys and two girls joined them and all together they entered the dojo.

"Class, welcome our new students" Kreese announced.
Spotting the 'fresh meat' Mitch walked over to the new students and looked between Andy and Kyler "I'm gonna call you guys...chodenose and taintbreath"

Kyler was quick to step forward "what the hell did you just say?" Mitch stepped back "Oh, uh, nothing. It's just a thing we do around here sometimes" Mitch said. Kyler stepped forward again causing Mitch to flinch. "Okay.." Mitch walked away.

Hawk made his way up to Kreese "Sensei, I don't think these guys are Cobra Kai material." Kreese rose his brow "weren't you the one saying we should get new recruits?" Kreese recalled. "Well...yeah. But—look I know some of these guys and they're—" Hawk was cut off "Natural athletes. Which is exactly what we've been missing in our dojo" Kreese claimed.

"Everyone, fall in."

Hawk bowed and got into his spot.

Andy and the rest stood in the back as Kreese began to talk again "Joining Cobra Kai is a privilege. It's not a gift. Which is why our recruits must earn their position in this dojo. Prepare yourselves for Combat. Only the strong will survive."

"Class, prepare for combat," Kreese said once more.
Andy took off his shoes before stepping onto the mat and stood beside a boy with the red Mohawk. Kyler and Brucks were about to stand on the other side of said boy until they noticed a familiar scar by his lip "holy shit... you remember? Look, it's the kid with the lip!" Kyler pointed out.

"Yo, I thought he moved," Kyler added
"Oh shit! You're right!" Brucks grinned.
Andy's eyes moved to where the two boys were looking at. 'That's why he looked familiar' he thought.

"The hair kinda distracts you from it though" Brucks continued to grin. His habit came back and Hawk covered his lip. "Alright, class." The two boys went to their spots "let the games begin" Kreese announced. He walked to the center of the matt and looked around. His eyes landed in Kyler "you" he turned around and looked at Mitch "you"

Mitch grinned as he and Kyler stepped into the middle.
Mitch got into his stance and Kyler did too.
"Ready?"

Mitch bowed but Kyler was in his wrestling position.
"Aits!"

Mitch kicked Kyler in the nose and Kyler stumbled back.
He touched his nose and his fingers were stained with blood. "Now you're dead," Kyler said. Mitch threw some punches but Kyler dodged them. He then tried to kick Kyler but Kyler went under his leg and flipped him down.
