The detective was looking around the city with a map showing the access entry to the Tik Tak Toee Scp. He had arrived earlier that morning and had already found 3 entries to the anomaly but they were filled in with concrete. As he found the 4th one, he was relieved to see it wasn't filled in.
He looked around making sure no-one saw him get in. The entry lead to the sewer of the small city and right in front of him was the anomaly. The entry door to it was opened, the head on the edge of the door and seemed agitated.
Feeling uneasy the detective walked around the outside of the anomaly. When he finished looking at all sides, a loud crack echoed, surprising the detective. He thought one of the sewer undercover scp agent was around but then he saw the head on the stick cracked in half and seemingly inanimate. He took the opportunity to sneak in without activing the anomaly. Even though it wasn't activated he coups feel something moving in the darkness.
In most rooms the floor showed marks of poorly cleaned blood and one room was completely locked. So the detective took more notes and then fled through the still open door. He was right to do so so soon, as the head on stick had disappeared and some SCP agent were approaching. He sneaked passed them, back to the surface and spent the rest of his day at the hotel to organise his notes and write down a part of the script for his next video while still looking at any info on where and what happened to his sister, leila.
