      "Okay you have to tell me," I said when Tate walks in.
      She's been teasing me with news for two weeks.
      "Guess who has her first solo surgery coming up," she said sitting next to me.
      "You're kidding right?"
      "Wait are you upset about that or you're excited about it?"
      "I'm excited," I said going to her and hugging her tightly.
      "Thank you," she said hugging me tightly.
      "I'm so happy for you."
      "I'm going to be in the front row watching you."
      "And if you have a surgery at the same time?"
      "I'm still coming. Someone else can do the surgery for me."
      "Jonah you don't have to," she said looking up at me. "I want to."

Corbyn

I can't go and see her. She definitely doesn't want to see me. I pushed it way too far with the on call meeting. We were at work. We needed to focus on saving people.
Why did I ever push it with her? I can't see her for awhile unless she ask. She needs her space. She's a wonderful surgeon. She doesn't need a distraction like me at all.
I can't see her and it hurts but it's for the best. She needs her time to shine and I don't want to distract her. I can't distract her. I don't ever want to do anything that will hurt her. She's the most gorgeous and brillant person I ever met. I hate that I have to stay away from that.

Daniel

      "She's losing way too much blood Doctor Seavey," the nurse said.
      "Her blood pressure and her heartbeat is going down," the same nurse said.
      "Doctor Seavey are you gonna call it or shall I?" she asked a few minutes later when the patient was finally warm again.

Gabbie

"Jack are in here? I just had the best day in my whole career." I said closing the on call room for behind me. I heard a groan and a figure sitting up yawning. "Gabbie, I'll love to hear it but I'm trying to sleep."
"I'm sorry," I said turning the light back off.
"Why are you apologizing darling?"
"Because I didn't mean to wake you up."
"Come here," he said patting the bed next to me.
I went over and laid next to him. He pulled me as close as possible and kissed my head before he fell asleep.

Kay

      "Hey how was your vacation?" I asked looking over at Zach. We was in the pit together watching over it. "It really wasn't a vacation. I just needed to get my head striaght," he said filing paperwork. "Zach really?"
      "Zack talk to me," I said looking at him.
      "It was a rough time."
      "And how are you feeling now?"
      "I really don't know right now."
      "You need anything?"
      "I really just need a friend."
      "I got you. You know that I'm always here for you right?"
      "Thank you for that, Doctor Cook." "Anything for my best friend, Doctor Herron."
