      "Why are you doing this? Like honestly why?" I asked looking over at Alyssa. "Working in a hospital as a trauma surgeon? I was offered a job here after I applied. The exact same thing as you," she said putting her paperwork down.
"No I'm mean why follow me?"
"Why not let me move on when you have?"
"I have no idea what you mean?"
"I know that you're expecting but it's too early to be mine."
"Who told you?"
"The signs are all there."
"Now let me move on."
I walked off and went inside the elevator with Tate in it. "She's pregnant with another guy's child?"

Corbyn

      "I always liked coming up here. It's even more beautiful with the snow." Christina said looking down at the city. "I wasn't sure you saw it after we been here. The snow always adds a nice little touch to it. Looks like you're looking at a snow globe."
      "Then we live in it."
      "One of the good things living here."
      "You know what was another good thing?"
      "What?"
      "Me meeting you."
      Then she kissed me.
      Everything was ok again.
      "I'm happy you gave me a second chance."
      "I'm happy you're really the man I thought you were."
      I kissed her hand.
      "She's gonna leave us alone for good. I'll make sure of it."

Daniel

"What are you doing?" I asked Madison looking over at her. She was on the elevator like she had been on for the past half of hour. "I'm uh riding the elevator." She said as I joined her. "How many times have you rode the elevator?"
She shrugged playing with her purse.
"Let's ride this one more time then get off okay?"
"Alright."
We rode up to where the locker rooms where then we went to the her locker.
"Now go inside and be the best surgeon ever."

Gabbie

      "You actually came." Jack said when I tapped his shoulder.
      "Of course. I think I should've let you explain in the first place anyway."
      "To be fair we was caught off guard. I didn't even realize it was her until she open her mouth." He admitted leaning against the rail.
     "What should we do?" I asked after a couple of moments of silence. "What do you mean?"
      "I mean with us. It's both clear that we like each other. The whole arguement was a huge misunderstanding."
      "I should've told you still though. Told you why I came here anyway. It's my fault as much of hers."
      Sighing I pulled my coat around me tighter. "Did she tell you why she did what she did? Like why move here after all this time? Did she miss you that much?" 
      "I think she just wanted to see me or something like that. Wanted us back together. I didn't think she was expecting someone like you." I looked up at him.
      "Someone like me? What does that even mean?" He took one look at my face and put his scarf around me. "Let's go inside and I'll tell you everything." He tucked me in his arm and led me inside the ferry.
      "You're gonna tell me everything? Like about the two of you? Cause I really don't want to hear about it." I said as he sat me down. "No, nothing like that."
      "Nothing like that? Then what do you want to tell me." He sat down and kissed my hand a couple of times. "Whatever you want to know. I want to be with you and the way to do that is to be completely honest. That's the only way to be together."
      "That's all I want. Just you and the truth." I said and he answered all of my questions, in detail.

Kay

"Learning something new?" Zach asked me as I was observing.
      "She's still my patient. You're only doing the operation because she was already in here when I was off."
      "What do you see her for?" He asked looking up at me for a quick second.
      "She had a weak heart. Her heart transplant was a week ago. I saw her name on the board and I got nervous."
      "So you're gonna still stay here and watch?" He questioned stitching her up. "Her parents asked me too."
      "What did you tell them?" I came closer brushing her hair out of her face then looked up at him. "You're the best of the best."
