A Trip to Vegas sounds nice right? Well it was, still is. But never in the whole world would I have expected to flip my whole life upside down during this trip. My Best Friend actually gets married in about three weeks and wanted something pretty special for her bachelorette party, so we flew to Vegas to spend some unforgettable nights in the city. Well it would definitely be unforgettable.

My suitcases were packed and I was waiting for the cab to take me to Heathrow airport. The weather was typical for England. Rainy and foggy as hell . But I love it. It kind of comforts me. Originally I am from a very very small town in Germany but when I graduated college I decided to become primary school teacher in the UK. I found a job at lovely little school in Cambridge and have been working there for almost four years now. My best friend who's getting married still lives in Germany which makes it pretty rare that the two of us spend a whole week together. Normally we would FaceTime each other every other evening and have dinner together. But she's been pretty busy prepping everything for the wedding lately. She's marrying her Highschool sweetheart Tim. They've been together for almost ten years now.

Arriving at the airport I hand the driver a 20 pound note and get out. I will take the plane from Heathrow to Munich and meet up with Mia and the others. And from Munich we will take the plane straight to Las Vegas.

The first flight lasted for about an hour and a half, and I'm being honest I slept the whole time. And maybe even snored a little. I only woke up when the nice flight attendant slightly nudged my shoulder telling me that we would land in a few.

The landing was quick and quite unspectacular. But thats how I like it. As I was wondering around the Airport trying to find my friends I grabbed a quick hot chocolate (cause I absolutely hate coffee) and went on trying to find my chicks. Sorry that sounded an awful lot like Cardi B... No Hate I just don't see myself as that outgoing.

I spotted them at the Gate our plane would leave at and immediately started to walk as fast as possible without looking ridiculous which I failed miserably but oh well. Mia was the first one to spot me and greeted me with a very tight hug.

"Oh my god it feels so good to finally hug you again, I missed you so much!"

"I missed you too Mia. Its been too long."

I also said Hi to the others but I mainly talked to Mia cause we had a lot to catch up on. She asked me absolutely everything about my job, my apartment , my family and of course my non existing love life. I just rolled my eyes avoiding that question. My last Boyfriend broke me. Quite literally. He was nice in the begging but soon started to be abusive. Whenever I was talking back he hit me and in the end even raped me one time. But thats a story for another time. I dumped him shortly before I left to move to the UK. And I haven't had any social interaction with a male ever since.

The Flight to Las Vegas felt like it was endless. I slept a lot and watched a few movies but still I was very very happy to arrive. The trip to our Hotel on the other Hand was pretty quick. We had a few of the best rooms at the Palazzo. Pretty expensive but Mia wanted to got extra so here we are.

I had my own room with a beautiful view of the big fountain right in front of the hotel. And to say my room was huge was an understatement. It had enough room to fit all five of us girls. But I had it all to myself and I loved it.

We planned to go partying the next day and to just enjoy outer first evening before getting absolutely wasted.

And so we did. We went out and had a nice dinner and then went to bed early.

AN: This is pretty short I know but I wanted to cut the chapter right there to begin the next day with a fresh chapter. It will make more sense I promise.... :)
