After a bit of walking, I found Cami! I just stood at the bottom of the stairs to see if he would notice me. "Camilo, we need another Jose!" Abuela said. "Joseee!" Camilo said, shapeshifting into a tall dude to help put up a banner for Antonio's big night (his gift ceremony). After doing that, he finally noticed me, looked at me, and teared up. "Y-y/nn?" he said. "Yep! That's me," I responded, trying hard not to get teary-eyed too and opened my arms. "Y/nn!" he said, speeding towards my open arms, crying. I think out of all the Madrigals, I was closest with Mirabel, Isabella, and Camilo. "Y/nn, is it really you?!" he said. I had to look up to meet his eyes a bit, but nodded and started crying too. He pulled me into a hug and said, "Esta bien, mi amor, esta bien." I could hear him sniffling a bit, which made my heart melt and started crying even more. "Amor, why did you have to leave? I missed you," Cami said while pulling out of the hug a bit and looking at me. Before I had a chance to respond, there was thunder and then a bunch of wind. "...My baby's night is supposed to be perfect but it's not perfect, and--" Pepa said before Felix said, "Mi amor, the flowers, the flowers!" "Did someone say... Flowers?" Isabella said. I saw Mirabel deadpan Isabella. "Our angel, our angel!" Felix said. "Please don't clap!" Isabella smiled. "Thanks!" Pepa said. "Oh, it was nothing!" Isa responded. She and Mirabel had a little sisterly talk before she noticed me with Cami. I was holding his hand, but I didn't notice it right away. Isa noticed this and laughed a bit. I looked down at our hands and pulled away. Isa had her arms open and I went to hug her. After a couple seconds, she pulled away and turned to Cami and said, "Break their heart and I'll break your nose." "I-Isa!!! It's not like that!" Cami stuttered. I giggled. Now those two were chasing each other. I went to find somewhere to chill. I noticed my hand turning into one of a black shuck.

I calmed down a bit and the hand disappeared (not the WHOLE hand, just the black shuck's hand). I noticed I was thinking about Cami a lot more than I used to. Was I in love? "Lost in thought? Who are you thinking about?" Dolores's voice said. "O-oh hi Dolores..." I said, trying not to cry. "I'm thinking about Cami. I think I love him." "Really?" Dolores said, shapeshifting into Cami.
