"You are honestly the stupidest person I have ever met. Who else runs into a dangerous town knowing that you could die." I taunted my boyfriend, correction fiancée as he lays in a hospital bed on pain killers. This doctor named Jo followed him and managed to save his life last night. Damon has only been back a couple days and he's already put us in danger. He grunted sitting up making room so I can sit on his bed. "That's what I get for being best friends with a vampire." Foosteps appreciated making me glance over my shoulder to a woman with dark hair carrying his medical chart. "Oh I'm sorry I didn't know you had a vister." Ric waved his hand introducing the two of us. "It's fine. Jo meet my fiancée Y/n. Y/n meet Jo the doctor who saved my life." Jo sticks her hand out and we shake hands smiling before she filled out his discharge papers.

Damon told us that he escaped a prison world and he talked about this crazy witch, something called a Siphon. Which don't have there own magic unless they take energy from another supernatural creatures like werewolves and vampires. My sister called to have a friendsgivimg but Ric couldn't come because Damon needed his help with finding the house him and Bonnie were stuck in inside the prison world. My brother had to take care of stuff in New Orleans but said he had news to tell me when he gets back. "So how was New Orleans, Care?" I asked helping her sit the table before everyone else got here. She pushed hair behind her ear simply saying. "It was good, pretty..." Raising an eyebrow I knew she was hiding something so I grab her wrist when she tried to grab the basket of rolls from the kitchen. "Caroline!"

"You have wanted to travel the world since we were five years old. The sister I know would be over excited about talking about the trip. So I know you're lieing, now tell me the truth." Crossing my arms over my chest I sternly glared at her. She throws her head back resting her palms on the table. "I had a good time...there's just something I need to tell you that isn't exactly a good conversation for Thanksgiving...plus Klaus should be here." Tilting my head to the side I heard the front door opened and someone called out that I recognized as Jo. "Y/n, are you here?" Exiting the kitchen I waved as she pulled out files from her bag looking around the room for someone else. "Is Alaric here too?" Shacking my head no answering the doctor who saved the man I loved from dead. "He's out with Damon on a guy's trip. Why?"

She lays the file open and I scanned it seeing that's its about my blood work from the time I was in the hospital and Ric's recently taken one days ago. "What does this mean Jo?" She pulls out a small box of pregnancy test and a list of a family blood type. At the top its called the "Parker" tree. "Alaric blood somehow matches someone on this family tree. Actually, my family tree..." Caroline enters the room her eyes flickering between the two of us confused. "What's going on here?" I shrugged my shoulders pointing my finger at the doctor. "Ask Jo." Jo lays a pregnancy test in front of me voicing. "I need to confirm your pregnant. Pregnant with his child." Caroline whipped her head around asking with her hands waving around. "Why do you care that she's - I mean if she's?" Jo picked up the family tree and Alaric blood work, blurting out. "I care because if I'm right then Alaric is related to my family bloodline. If that's the case then you're child will be apart of the Gemini Coven, my coven and trust me that's not a great thing."

"I don't think my doctor would approve of this type of thing." Alaric said as I pulled off my jacket before we fell back onto his bed in his room. He grunted a little still not used to feeling tons of pain just yet. I shake my head at his statement. "It's also not everyday that your vampire boyfriend comes back as a human. Scaring the hell out of the girl who loves him so much." He reached up brushing hair from my face pulling my lips down to his. My hands found my way into his hair deepening the kiss. We break for air and his eyes stared deeply at me helping me pull my shirt over my head then rolling me onto my back instead. "Have you ever done this before baby?" I avoid his gaze shacking my head no, hearing him call out to me softly. "Y/n, I don't care that you're a virgin..." I released a breath I didn't realize I was holding in. "You're not mad?" He smiled leaning down kissing me slowly and I kissed back wrapping my arms around his neck. "How could I be mad when I get to kiss a beautiful girl laying on my bed. I love you, Y/n that's all that matters to me." Slowly reaching up I pull his shirt up before he buried us under the covers. I never imagined that he would be okay with it. But he whispers sweet things in my ear as we slowly kissed each other enjoying that he came back alive thanks to Jo.

Caroline tried to have a not complicated diner but Jo's father tried to kill her on the possibility that her twin brother Kie can escape. Hours later I plopped down on the couch I'm front of the fireplace while Caroline leans on it and Jo stands in front of the fire. The boys are coming back now and I hope they can get back in time. "So tell us exactly what is going on?" Caroline intertwined her hands together. "In our coven's tradition...after their 22nd birthday, the twins merge their strength. The stronger one wins, absorbing their twin's power. And the weaker of the two...dies." Looking back at my sister I then looked to Jo. "Okay...so how is Ric involved in this?" Jo sighs mentioning her family again that kinda scares me to think she's the twin sister of a psychopath. But I guess I can't be one to judge. "Somewhere years before I was born...at least it's a theory. A theory that Ric has Gemini blood running through his veins."

"That's not possible. He's human...." I blurted out as she rested her hand to her forehead hating having to tell me all this. "From what I understand about the magic from that happened with the boarder. His magic must have been drained when he lost his vampire powers. So now he is permanently human." I started to respond but the door opened and my brother walked in making me smile. "Little sis." Getting to my feet I threw myself into his arms and he twirled me in the air. "Klaus!" He sits me down glancing to my sister asking something that makes me confused. "Have you told her the news yet?" Turning to my sister she twirled her hair avoiding eye contact with me. "Suprise....I'm pregnant." My mouth fell open before I felt happy tears coming out. "I'm gonna be an aunt?"
