(Y/N) pov
"This is ok... we're going to be fine." Darius said to calm Kenji down, while not taking his eyes off the raptors. They're not fine.
The raptors hissed and roared at him, taking slow steps towards them. They God they are curios, cause that's what stalling the raptors.
"Kenji, those bones, check for a raptor skull." Darius told him. I know that if a specimen dies they don't leave the body inside a paddock, they study it to know the cause of it's death
"What?!" Kenji exhaled as he looked down on the bones scattered around.
"In a video game I-," Darius was interrupted again," You want to talk about video games now?!", Kenji was cowering against the metal doors this entire time. Running is out, it'll trigger the raptors response of chasing a fleeing prey.
Blue hissed again as Darius slipped and landed on his back. He pushed himself up and backed away slowly. They're getting too close for comfort. He made it to the gate while Kenji is continuously screaming for help.
"Brooklyn stay here I'm jumping in." I told her.
"Wait what?!" She shouted concerned
I took off with a running start and leap over the railing and landed in front of them, making them flinch and shaking the ground in the process.
"What the-"
"Another one?"
"Meat?"
"Stay on guard girls this one's smells different." I think that was Blue ordering her sisters.
"(Y/N)?!" Darius and Kenji shouted out in relief. I took a defensive stance, gritting my teeth.
"Stay behind me and follow everything I say." I barked out to the two.
I saw one of them get too low for comfort. I stomped my feet and made a low threatening growl. It raised it's head up.
"Huh?" She thought.
"(Y/N) what're you doing?!?" Kenji shouted from behind.
"Trust me... Hey back off!" One of them snapped at me. I snapped back a little saliva dripping from my mouth as I feel my teeth changing.
"Don't let that one bite you if he does you're dead." The one snapped at me told the others.
Blue was the most curious, that I'm putting up a fight against the four of them.
"Odd for a human to fight back alone." She thought.
"Because i'm certainly not alone I'm fighting for my pack." I thought replied back.
This caused all of them to flinch. At focused on me.
"You can understand us?" Blue questioned.
"By a mental link, yes." I replied, "Now back off this is my pack."
"C'mon I'm hungry let's pounce on him."
