Maurice Pov.
We've been trudging through the jungle for awhile now, my body slightly aches from the zip-line earlier.
I noticed everyone was cautiously watching our surroundings, but I doubt there's more carnivores loose other than the I-Rex and that other one. If there are others on the loose the I-Rex must've killed them, it didn't show anay remorse or hesitation when it attacked the tower and killed (Y/N).
I grit my teeth in anger.
"Why? Just why? The first friend I have sacrificed himself just to save us." I angrily thought to myself. I felt something soft touch my hand. I looked at my side and saw Sammy holding my hand. She looked at me and smiled.
I sadly smiled back at her. She suddenly intertwined my fingers with hers. I looked at her surprised but she's looking away blushing.
I looked around and saw Brooklyn still sniffling. His death impacted her greatly, huh? They must be close with each other.
The snap of a twig caused everyone to turn around to Ben, though apparently the cracking of a stick he stepped on, scared himself.
"Sorry... Stepped on a twig." Ben said nervously.
Everyone aired out their complaints, though I'm sure because their on edge. But everyone went quiet as we hear a low rumbling on our right. We look where's the breathing coming from we saw a Carnotosaurus? With its fresh killed meal on its feet. It's just staring and standing there... Menacingly.

I read it's body language, it's wary of us. It grumbled, shook its head and sniffed the ground again. It looked at the direction we're going it suddenly took off.
"Toro...?" Kenji mutters behind me. Looking at the direction where that Carno? Ran.
"It's ok, Ben." Darius always trying to diffuse the tension. Is tensed on what he saw. "We're safe, it's just we're all on edge." He whispered.
"And lost." Yasmina whispered shouted. I realized Sammy is gripping my hand. I rubbed my thumb over hers to soothe her, it worked.
"Also what type of Carno was that?" He said, "I know for a fact that wasn't Toro." He muttered to himself as I was thinking. There are no plans to make a hybrid Carno in the lab. Not that I know of.
"I don't know Darius but please keep quiet. We don't want its attention directed to us." I said to him.
