Biana's POV

Memories swam through my mind. I relieved some of the scariest flashbacks. Vespera. Mirror shards. Fintan's cackle. I felt as if I was drowning in the darkness, my soul being swept away. Why was I passed out? Then I remembered, Spin the bottle. My heart pounded. Then another word formed, Tam. I took a deep breath. The words cleared my mind. Slowly, I rose from the darkness and I could see light again.

The world was blurry at first. But I could see an unmistakable figure conked out on a chair near me. Intense silver-blue eyes. Tam Song. "T-tam? I whispered. He shot up, surprised." Oh, I didn't mean to scare you!" I apologised."I-its fine! How are you doing?" He asked. After telling him that I was okay, He dropped to the ground and said," It's all my fault you passed out, I'm sorry."

I looked at him with concern. Did he think it was his fault? Well yeah, it was for looking so good but it was just me and my tangled emotions. He seemed remorseful. Glancing around, I saw no one. I also couldn't hear anyone. With that, I took a deep breath. And hugged him.

Tam's POV

Great, now she will never forgive me, I thought, sensing the silence. Then, I felt a pair of arms around me, pulling me into an embrace. My heart pounded faster. Eventually, we pulled apart. "Better?" Biana's voice rang. Her voice. A beautiful sound. "Thanks," I said. My face was probably on fire. Then I noticed a reddish tinge on her face. Hope fluttered in me.

Suddenly, she clutched her head. I went into panic mode. What happened? Was she allergic to hugs? Me? I calmed my racing pulse. Slowly and carefully, I gently brought her hands away from her head as she took in deep breaths. She was pale and her skin was clammy. "Are you okay?" I whispered. She nodded slightly. "V-Vespera, Fintan, mirror shards." She stuttered. Then it hit me–She was having nightmares about the incident at nightfall. "How long have you been dreaming about it?" I asked.

"A-about a week or so. After I accidentally dropped my compact mirror, ''she muttered.

Biana's POV

Ugh! Why was I having a nightmare about them again? In front of Tam?! He probably thought I was a coward by now. But then a noise interrupted my thoughts," EEEEKKKK!" Alarms went off in my head. Linh. Oh no. "SHHHHH!!! BIANA NOTICED!" Sophie said, nudging Linh. She apologised.

The rest of them walked into the room, hugged me. "Thank god you're ok!" Sophie exclaimed. "So...anything you wanna say to the Keefester?" Keefe smirked, raising his eyebrows at me. I blushed. "Keefe! Give her a break!" Sophie yelled, once again walloping him across the head. I chuckled. Thank the gods Sophie! I thought to myself. But I could not stop thinking about the three words tam had said.

Are you okay?

And that, I wasn't so sure.
