In a different disguise to blend in with the crowd. Me and Rin look like book nerds. He was even wearing his glasses.
"Are you both prepared?" Takeomi asked as we were near the airport. He approved the plan that me and Rin had made a few days ago.
"We packed what you've advised us to. Just make sure that everything we need is ready when we land." I said
"There's nothing to worry about. Me and Koko had already arranged everything." He replied.
"Then we'll take our leave." Rindou stated as we exit the car.
As I was about to grab my luggage, he stopped me midway and told me that he'll carry it.
"No, it's alright. It's heavy." I said, trying to stop him but he just went on with what he wanted. I only sighed and I looked back at Takeomi.
"Contact me immediately when you two get there." He said and drove away.
Jeez, that old man can't even see us off properly. How cold.
"Let's go?" Rin asked and I nodded.
We walked side by side, pulling our bags and making our way to our flight.
I kept side glancing at Rin, and the emotional outburst I did a few days ago.
I admit that after that I never stopped cringing at myself for being like that. I probably looked so pathetic and weak and I have no excuses.
