Acting as if nothing happened last night, me and Rin are currently busy preparing for the next infiltration mission when a call suddenly interrupted our silence.

I thought that it was from Takeomi since he oversees our mission from the headquarters but it was from Kakucho.

"What's up, Kaku? You called?" I asked as was busy hacking some public CCTVs to spy on some VIPs that are connected to the Cassano Family.

"We had an emergency meeting a few days ago and some things came up on Takeomi's end so I was tasked to inform you two." He said and I raised a brow.

"What's the problem?" Rindou asked as I crossed my arms, ready to attentively listen.

"There was a spy discovered and it was Ran's wife. Although we all came to the conclusion that he was taken hostage along with her siblings and was forced to spy. Ran called the emergency meeting and told us everything." Kakucho said and I glanced at Rindou who had a hint of disappointment in his eyes.

I only met Ran's wife once and she was timid around me, why didn't I notice it. So much for being a spy, I can't even detect another spy.

"That said, Ran will be joining your mission but he has a different target than yours. You both continue looking into Vincent Miranda while he takes care of their consigliere, Alfonso Cassano. Mikey has approved of this already and I'm sure that Ran is on his way to your location. You can ask him for more details, that's all." Kakucho said and hung up the phone.
