ARA'S grip on Thati loosened. "You are lying!!."

"B-ella-Bella R-odriguez..." she said and couldn't help but be scared because of Ara's strange stare.

"Kung ikaw Bella, bakit hindi kita agad nakilala?!" Ara asked her.

"T-hey changed my face-" she replied.

"Who?!!!" Ara shouted.

"Leader of a syndicate-"

"For what reason?!!"

"I d-don't k-now!- h-indi ko alam! wala akong alam-" she raised her hand and slowly sat down on the floor.

Ara placed the knife with her dagger on her waist, Then slowly sat down in front of Bella. "If you are really Bella, prove it to me!."

"My Mama and I were the caretakers of your family back then- we have been friends since we were children," she said and looked at Ara. "I don't know what else I have to say to make you believe, but I know that your parents were killed the very day you knocked on the door of our house-."

Ara's eyes widened when she heard what Thati said ... only her friend knew about that. "You are indeed Bella-" she said, and afterward, she grabbed Bella's wrist. "Why are you doing this? I told you to run away, didn't I?"

Ara can't speak because of what she found out. She didn't know that all this time Bella was missing. "W-what?- Nasaan si Aling Cecil?" she asked Bella.

Ara can't speak, she feels guilty. She blames herself for what happened. She thought she was the only one suffering, but also the people around her.

"Araw-araw akong nagtitiis sa pambababoy niya!!... Takot na takot ako A-gatha... Sa tuwing g-ginagalaw niya ako... Pilit akong nagmamakaawa sa itaas na iligtas niya ang Inay ko sa kapahamakan!... Ara can't speak and can't look at Bella. She was even more devastated by what she saw, there was nothing she could do to alleviate the pain felt by her friend. "Forgive me if I have done nothing but ruin your life-" she uttered.

When Bella got tired, she stopped crying and just sat on the floor and hugged herself. Ara is also silent and just waiting for Bella to talk to her. Ara laughed sadly "Pati ikaw halimaw na din ang tingin sa akin-" Ara bowed slightly before speaking again "You see, This is what anger does to us, Bella...
