A/N: so sorry for disappearing for so long, but ive been kinda in i dont want to say depression, but ive just not been doing very well, bcs my roommate and school stuff have been overwhelming. luckily for me, they moved me in with some other girls, who r really extremly nice to me and my mood had shifted from like a day or so since i lived with them, it will be a week now, later today, my mental health got better and all, so hopefully i will be more productive than i have been

again, sorry for being gone for so long without a word

so, now that im back, lets continue the story

"So, apparently, Victoria Baners knew all the victims." Garcia stated, looking up from her screen.

"How did we miss that?" JJ let out in disbelievment.

"Well, all except Monica Pines, but she knew Timmothy, so..." Garcia added.

"So, we shall questions this Victoria." Emily said simply.

"Obviously." Hotch agrees, Reid and Garcia laugh.

"Hello Snape." Penelope whispers to Spencer and they both giggle.

"Anything funny?" Hotch turns to them.

"Yes, but you normies wouldn't understand." Garcia waves him off.

"What the-" Morgan starts but is quickly shushed by Penelope.

"So, anyway. This Victoria is a half sister of Timmothy, her father got divorced with Timmothy's mother and married another woman when Timmothy was only one, what kinda father would leave his wife and a one year old kid to marry a porn star? But anyway, Victoria's mom does that kind of movies and .. oh gods, she even included her daughter in some and was sent to prison for that, luckily. And so Victoria stayed with her dad, who was several times reported for sexual harrasment by Victoria's classmates, and she also had some unexplained bruises, which were most likely from her father, who died in an accident a year ago and since then Victoria lives with grandparents, oops only grandmother. She had been expelled from several schools after getting bullied, but it was always said to be her fault. Poor girl, well, now she studies at a school not far away." Penelope read out Victoria Baners' file.

"If this ain't a serial killer life story, I don't know what is." Morgan joked.

"Or perhaps a good police officer." Emily adds.

"There is alway a thin line between these two profesions, isn't it?" JJ added.

"Are you comparing ourselves to criminals?" Hotch asked in disbelievement.

"Maybe" Emily smiled awkwardly.

"Ok, anyway Prentiss and JJ, you go talk to Victoria." Hotch sighs, going back to work.

And so, the girls left to do what they were told. Meanwhile Rossi got into a debate with Garcia, trying to explain to her that she can't always ask google, as she tried to explain to him that he also should.

Meanwhile Morgan sat next to Reid, giving him a smile.

"How's the amnesia thing going?" Derek asked.

"Not too well, I read the entire Harry Potter series, several books in russian and lots of encyclopedias that I had apparently read before." Reid shrugged.

"And still nothing?" Morgan asked, Spencer shook his head.

"Aren't you hungry? I was thinking I'll go get something to eat." Derek continued.

"Now that you mentions it, I kind of am." Spencer addmitted.

"Wanna go with me?" Derek asked, getting up.

"Sure." Spencer also got up, following Morgan who told Rossi and Garcia they'll go get food, asking if they also want something, getting their orders and going towards the elevator.

The two mostly walked in silence, getting in the car, in silence. It was kind of awkward silence, but mostly comfortable silence. After getting the food and returning to the car, Morgan finally decided to speak up.

"Everything okay?" he asked.

"Yeah, yeah. Absolutelly fine, everything. I was just thinking about Tim and Carie, the two were close." Spencer explained.

"Tim? As in Timmothy Baners?" Morgan asked.

"Yeah, I talked to his mother when the police there closed it as a suicide. She refused to believe it, and so did Carie." Reid confirmed.

"Who's Carie?" Derek asked.

"Oh, I didn't tell you. During the time I was at Clifford, there was this guy, the sheriff, Victor is his name, who let me stay at his place, and this girl Carie was like his daughter, so we hung out a lot." Spencer explained.

"So, like your friend?" Derek asked.

"Something like that." Reid said with a smile. It made Derek feel a bit jealous, even if he had no reason to, he was the one making up this entire dating thing and screwing up Spencer's chance with this girl, but why on earth did he even do that?

"So, just a friend?" Derek teased.

"First of all, I didn't even know my name, how was I supposed to know I have a boyfriend? And secondly, yes just a friend." Spencer said, crossing his arms.

"Okay, okay. I was just joking." Morgan laughed, pulling Spencer in for a kiss.

After they arrived, giving off the food they brought and sitting back down, JJ and Emily shared informations they found, which was basically case solved. Victoria was manipulated into killing by her teacher who said he will expell her if she doesn't, blackmailing her by saying she wanted to sleep with him for better grades, so he went to jail after it was revealed Victoria wasn't the first victim of his manipulation, and as for Victoria, she was sent to a mental hospital.

"I'm not even happy with the outcome, poor girl." JJ sighted, already on the plane.

"Not always it turns out the way we want it to." Rossi reminded her.

"Yeah, I supposed." JJ smiled, Rossi got up, walking over to Aaron, who yet again canceled a phone call.

"Who is trying to reach you so desparetly?" Rossi joked as he sat across from Hotch.

"Some guy from the TV, they want to make a documentary episode about our work." Hotch sighted.

"What did you tell them?" David asked with interest.

"I told them we're not interested, then he called again trying to convince me, and since then he calls daily." Aaron sighted again.

"Then allow him to, it may be fun." Rossi said with a mischevious grin.

"Right now? I mean with Reid's condition I don't think it's a good idea." Hotch said, raising a brow.

"Well, you're the boss, ask the team what they think of it before agreeing, tho. But for me it's a yes for sure." Rossi said, walking back to JJ.
