Chapter 5- Planning and the date

(Adams Pov)
9:30am

It's officially 5 hours and thirty minutes until my date with Grey. Im excited I've been waiting for this day since the first day i met her at the beginning of Uni. Even though, until recently i refused to believe it.
*Flashback*
(Still Adams Pov)
'Hey Clover!' I shout from the car park as i spot my red haired friend stood infront of the school entrance with someone, They had black hair that went to their shoulders and an amazing sense in fashion. They were perfect I realise im staring and continue to walk towards them 'Hi Adam this is Grey I just met them today over there!' She points towards the entrance to the school, obviously where she had entered this morning. 'Oh cool nice to meet you' I say stretching out my hand they take my hand in theirs and shake it gently 'Nice to meet you too!' She smiles. Wow she's perfect I thought to myself, The bell interrupted my thoughts and we all said our goodbyes and headed of to first period.
* End of flashback *
I still remember that day like it was yesterday. I never got the feeling she liked me back but i guess i'll find out today i make my way to the bathroom to get ready for the day

(Greys Pov)
10:25am

I wake up to the sound of slurred words being screamed from outside my door, 'You lazy bitch. It's twenty five past ten and you still aren't up. Get your arse out of bed now before i come in there and drag you out!' My father shouts from the bathroom, what a nice way to be woken up also why is he drunk at half 10 in the MORNING? I check my phone to see a message from Clover it read :

Hey bitch✨ Don't forget date with Adam 3pm sharp at the coffee house !! Good luck <3

Oh my god I completely forgot I quickly type out a response before making my way to the bathroom and having a shower, doing my teeth, drying my hair then getting dressed. By time i finished getting ready it was 11:30 which still left 3 and a half hours. I decide to go downstairs and make myself some food, I decide on cereal since im too lazy to cook anything that took more than 5 minutes, I make my way upstairs and shut my door I then hear a ping coming from my laptop i rush over hoping it would be another business related email.

I read over the email making sure it was perfect before pressing send. I look over at my phone to see a message from Adam:

Hi i was wondering if you were still on for today ? I never actually got a response of you.

And i forgot to reply to Adam about meeting him today of fucking course i did I can't remember the simplest of things sometimes. I laugh at my own stupidity before typing a quick 'Of course see you soon'
I check the time it read '12:15pm' which left 2 hours and 45 minutes I decided to watch some of Jacks videos on youtube, I search his name to see he has 1.99 million subscribers impressive I click on the first video i see titled 'Pranking the public with Tommy' It was actually quite funny I ended up searching up Tommy and watching his videos as well turns out they are both very funny people.
I will definitely be watching them frequently. I click on another video, then another, then another. I carried on watching their videos for an hour which turned into 2 and before i know it my phone is buzzing indicating a phone call (this font is Adam this font is Grey)
'Hey Adam what's up?' I say louder than intended 'Sorry...' 'It's fine don't worry I was just wondering when you were leaving ?' He laughs awkwardly, 'Oh uhm im not sure there's 30 minutes until 3 so maybe in 15 minutes since it won't take me too long to walk. How about you ?' I reply while making an alarm on my phone to remind myself to leave at 2:45. 'I'll probably leave at the same time maybe a little earlier depending on what coffee house we are going' 'Oh that's a point where are we going' I laugh at both of us for forgetting such an important detail, 'How about that costa and the end of my street ? That's meant to be really nice.' Adam says I think about it for awhile before agreeing and saying my goodbyes.
I sit at the end of my bed to put my shoes on after tying them into stars (a/n i thought id make them qUiRkY leave me be) i decide to post it on instagram:
