Yandere!Nico x Percy

Chapter 1

Percy's PoV:

One night, just one night, that's what started all of this. All of this.....madness? If one could call it madness....it just....it feels so unreal....why would he do this to us? To me? He was supposed to be our friend....now their all gone..... I'm the only one left....just like he wanted....

||Flashback start||
Third person PoV:

It was mid June, the summer heat sweltered through the camp, forcing some of the campers to stay inside their cabins until it got cooler outside, however, for others, who thrived in the blistering heat, couldn't get enough sun. For Percy, being the son of Poseidon was definitely a blessing this time of year, the heat gave him an excuse to sit at the bottom of the canoe lake, amongst the fish and other underwater life, and bask in the cool refreshing water around him.

The water was calm, as was he, there was no war, no quests, no prophecy to be unraveled, no new demigods to save, no god's or goddesses to rescue, no monsters to slay.

It was just him, the water, and the silence.

Well, almost silence, except for whoever thought it would be fun to toss pebbles at him.

A small pebble slowly bounced off the sea child's arm, the water slowing the pebble down greatly, and Percy looked up to the surface to see who was about to get a piece of his mind, but to his surprise, the most unlikely person to ever try to willingly interact with him

Nico

The mysterious son of Hades, that always kept to the shadows, except for when he was around his boyfriend Will. The two had only been dating for about a month and a half, Will was overjoyed, but Nico honestly didn't seem too thrilled about the idea. Over the past few months, something about Nico just felt.....off, and Percy was sure he wasn't the only one to notice, as Jason was always bugging Nico whenever he was around. Percy was honestly surprised the blonde hadn't gotten a black eye yet, as the son of Hades never seemed to enjoy the blonde's company.

Percy brushed it off, going up to the surface, where the other demigod stood on the dock, watching him.

If Percy were telling the truth, he would say it made him rather uncomfortable to be stared at by the son of Hades so much. Percy wasn't even sure if the other demigod was even blinking.

Percy climbed up on the dock, facing the dark clothed demigod.

"Hey Nico, didn't expect you to be around here." Percy said, tilting his head to the taller demigod.

Nico had hit a growth spurt over the months, and was now at least three feet taller than Percy, which the son of Poseidon thought was so unfair-

"I just came to tell you that it's almost lunch time, you've been in the water all morning, I was starting to get worried." Nico said, shoving his pale hands into his jean pockets, his expression stotic, but his eyes more bright than usual, with an almost eerie glint in them.

Percy stalled for a second. Beg your pardon? Nico was worried about him??

What dream was Percy in right now? When and why would Nico ever care about his well being? Nico hated him!

Or so he thought. Maybe Will was actually breaking through his barriers of aggression.

"Oh, well, I'm fine, but thanks for letting me know, Nico!" Percy said, giving his signature crooked smile to the son of Hades.

The corner of Nico's mouth twitched, but his expression didn't change. "Yeah, whatever you say, Jackson."

"Wow, and here I thought you were actually gonna be nice to me today. Guess I was wrong."

"Your never right."

"That's an affirmative on my hurt feelings..."

"You gonna cry about it, Jackson?"

"Yes, and I will drown you with my tears."

"Bet."

"Hey Percy!" Jason called as he walked by with his girlfriend Piper

"Jace! Pipes!" Percy ran over to the son of Jupiter, giving him and Piper a hug.

They hug him back, none noticing the heated glare coming from the son of Hades.

Nico glared at Jason and Piper, but when Percy looked his direction, his expression when back to being stotic, his eyes more gentle, as he watched the son of Poseidon interacting with Jason and Piper.

"Soon they'll be out of the picture, and it'll be just us...." Nico said to himself quietly, clenching his fists in his pockets.

"Soon Percy............

You'll be mine."
