Yoongi grunts out in frustration as he pulls his blanket over his head, trying to block out the loud crying from downstairs. He presses his ears down and attempts to get some more sleep but it's no use. He's up and agitated.

Jimin is wailing. Loudly.

And Yoongi can't stand it. He sits up, rubbing at his eyes. It's been two days since Hoseok left and Yoongi has been moody and irritated. It's mostly due to his heat which he was going through and hadn't even realized until yesterday. And now with having to deal with Jimin's constant tantrums, he's beginning to reach his tipping point.

Not only that, but Hoseok has been so busy that he can barely talk to him. Because of the time zone difference, Hoseok is usually asleep when it's day time. And whenever he is available to talk, it's only brief and Jimin seems to take up most of his time.

Don't get him wrong, Yoongi doesn't mind Jimin talking to Hoseok, but he feels like it isn't fair that the little gets to talk to him for a longer time than he does. Yesterday, Yoongi only had about five minutes to talk with Hoseok before the human had to go. So of course, he's a bit upset. And being woken up out of his sleep doesn't help his envious feelings towards Jimin.

"Why the hell is he crying so loud?" He groans out once he makes it to the bottom of the stairs. He rubs tiredly at his eyes, frowning at Seokjin who struggles to get Jimin to calm down.

"Have you seen his baby doll anywhere?" Seokjin asks him hurriedly, looking just as exhausted as Yoongi.

Jimin sits on the couch with his knees to his chest, crying harshly and pulling at his hair. This doesn't seem like a normal tantrum and Yoongi finds himself feeling guilty for being upset with the boise Jimin is making. His face was an angry red and tears constantly ran down his cheeks. His eyes are clenched closed as he wails in anguish.

"W-what doll?" Yoongi asks Seokjin. The human sighs and pushes his dark hair from his face.

"Jimin has this doll, it looks like a baby. He's usually always carrying it around when he's in littlespace. You know what I'm talking about, right?"

Yoongi nods numbly, glancing at Jimin. The boy is always carrying that doll, no matter where he is. It's an old and shaggy baby doll, with fading coloring and floppy stuffed limbs but he loves that thing. It must mean a lot to him if he's THIS worked up about losing it.

"Have you checked his room?" He askes and Seokjin nods.

"I looked everywhere. I can't find the damn thing."

Yoongi tries to think of when he last saw it. It had to be before Hoseok left. "Why doesn't he just cuddle a different doll?" He finds himself asking. Jimin has plenty of stuffies and toys to play with. Yoongi may also be a bit jealous of him as well. He's never had a stuffed animal, let alone as many as Jimin does.

Seokjin rubs at his temples as Jimin's crying continues. "It's his baby's birthday. They would be five today."

Yoongi's frown deepens. Dolls don't age. And they certainly don't have birthdays. But seeing his confusion, Seokjin takes in a sharp inhale.

"He didn't tell you?"

Yoongi shakes his head, confused. Seokjin wears a look of regret and was about to speak until his phone suddenly rang.

"It's Hoseok." He mumbles and presses the device to his ear.

Why would Hoseok be calling now? Usually he'd be asleep right now or working. Yoongi decides to attempt to comfort Jimin instead of pondering over Hoseok. He sees the boy's pacifier laying discarded on the couch and reaches over to grab it. It's bright yellow and sparkly, and has Winnie the Poo printed on it. He finds himself examining it before pressing it to Jimin's lips.
