Marinette

Felix had questioned me about what was going on in this school but I never said why. It's not like he would believe me over Lyla. No one ever does. "Marinette you know you're going to have to eventually tell me and I do not have any kind of patience." He grumbled letting a scowl cover his face. Even with the scowl, he still managed to look hot. When I didn't answer, he huffed and finally kept quiet.

Felix

"Felix honey, you're going to be late for school." Mom scolded. I huffed and quickly packed my books in my bag and went downstairs. "Oh, it's so nice to see you going back to school. Who knows, maybe you'll even make some new friends!" She exclaimed before smothering me with kisses. "Mom, that will never happen in a million years. I'm just going to focus on my studies so I can get out of that hell hole and back to London."

"You never know. You might even find a beautiful girl to date." I laughed as she said that and got in the car before she brought up any more crazy ideas. Her words kept playing over and over in my head through out the ride to school. "Keep dreaming mom." I mumbled by the time I got to the school. I immediately got down from the car and tried to get to the Principal's office without any unwanted attention.

Time skip

" You can come in now. Students meet Felix Graham de Vanily." I noticed Adrien, my cousin, giving me a shy wave and I sent him a small smile. I kept looking around to find the perfect person I could sit next to. I noticed a sausage head brunette  waving for me to come and sit, next to her but every thing about her just disgusted me. I frowned at her and kept looking. Then my eyes landed on a beautiful bluenette sitting alone at the back."Why don't you sit down with Lila over there."The teacher,Miss Boustie, said pointing at the annoying sausage girl."Actually, can I sit next to the bluenette at the back." I asked shocking the girl. "Of course you can Felix. Marinette here is one of our best students in this school. She can also show around later if its okay with you?". Marinette huh? I unknowingly let a smirk cover my face." I don't mind." I sat down silently next to her and tried to pay attention to the teacher but she kept distracting me. Even the smallest things she did, like biting her lip or playing with the weird bracelet in her hand was more than enough to make me tear my attention away from the teacher and make me take discreet glances at her. I knew I would eventually get caught but I couldn't help but smile when I realized she was staring at me too.

After calss I waited patiently for Marinette outside the door. She was supposed to be here by now. Feeling kind of frustrated and annoyed, I was about to enter the class when she burst out and bumped into my chest."Took you long enough. Wait what happened to your face? It's swollen!" I exclaimed suddenly feeling the urge to protect her at all costs. I put a hand on her cheek to examine the huge hand print on her face when she flinched away from me as if I was going to hit her. Anger clouded my vision and all I saw was red. "Marinette, who did this to you?". Just as safe was about to answer, an angry looking red head replied, "she only got what she deserved. I'd stay away if I were you Felix. She's bad news. The bad guy of the school that needs to be taught a lesson. C'mon guys, let's go " she said to the rest of her friends. Including the annoying sausage girl.

I didn't say anything and took Marinette to the nurse's office . A million thoughts were running through my head at once. What did Marinette do to attract all this hatred from our class mates? Why did Marinette not bother standing up for herself ? And what exactly did she mean by bad news?
