More Than Your Manager (Fifth Harmony)

Chapter 3

Upon entering another waiting room I can hear the muffles of yelling and arguing.

"I told you already Chancho. Beyoncé will always be my number one okay? Hashtag main forever." Someone screams.

"Yeah well I don't care anyway. I have Mani. Right Mani?" Asks the girl I can only imagine to be "Chancho".

"Sorry Mila, but Dinah's right. Beyoncé is and always will be our queen." This is so confusing.

Simon exchanges an amused glance at me before we enter a meeting room.

All eye's turn to me when the door opens and I feel like an animal at a zoo. I wave shyly at the five girls looking at me curiously.

"Girls meet your new Manager Isabela Diego." Simon pushes me gently into the room so that he could close the door.

"Hey I'm Ally." A petite girl waves and gets up to embrace me in a suprise hug. I return the hug and my uneasiness dissipates with her kindness.

The next member to greet me was sitting on top of the two others. "Hi I'm Camila." She waves her hand excitedly and grins at me.

"Sup I'm Dinah Jane." The girl from the bottom of the pile waves at me, grunting at having someone sitting on top of her. I wave back and laugh lightly.

"I'm Normani and Dinah, you are so uncomfortable girl. Your boobs don't even act as good cushions" She gets up from on top of Dinah. Everybody in the room laughs.

"Here let me try and see." Camila yells whilst jumping on Dinah.

"Ow Chancho. For a small girl you sure as hell aren't light." So that's who Chanco is.

"It's all the pizza she eats." Ally jumps on Normani and they all laugh again.

"Hey." I turn to my left, and what I can only guess as the fifth member of Fifth Harmony smiles at me. "I'm Lauren."

"Hey Lauren. Are you guys always this crazy?" I ask with a giggle.

"Omg you have a British accent? That's so cool. Oh and these idiots? It can get worse. But we're running off no sleep. So that is kind of adding to it." She smiles and looks at the big pile of her band mates fondly.

We are interrupted by Simon clearing his throat. "We have to just sort out a few things before we can leave. So Normani, Dinah, Ally and Camilla. Please behave for a bit."

"Hoi. Simon how many times do I have to tell you. It's CamEEla." Dinah shakes her head and sits down at a seat.

"Sorry CamEEla. I always forget."

"It's alright Simon. I will forgive you only if you order a pizza so I can get through the rest of the day." She looks at Simon in a way she can only hope is the look of total tiredness.

"It's already on it's way." Dinah, Camila and Lauren cheer while everyone takes a seat and looks at Simon waiting.

"Okay well now that you have a new manager, you must know that I'll be leaving for London in 10 days time. I'll be teaching my niece the ropes before I go."

"Hold up. She's your niece? How come we didn't know that?" Ally asks questioningly.

I squirm in my seat uncomfortably. "It's not really an important factor." Simon says. Everyone shrugs their shoulders as he continues. "Isabela is my only niece." He looks at me with sadness in his eye's and clears his throat. "Okay well I'm meant to be at a meeting in five minutes. The pizza should be here any minute now. Get to know eachother." And with that he squeezes my shoulder and leaves the room. I don't think he really has a meeting but I decide to leave it.

I look around at the girls and they look back at me. "So...tell me about yourselves." I say.
