Even though Lauren and I had talked on the plane, there was still some left over tension betweem her and Camila. They both hadn't talked to eachother since getting to the LAX airport.

As a manager, it wasn't really my job to meddle in the girl's personal lives. But in a week of knowing the girls, I have certainly created a strong bond with each member and have found myself worrying about Camila and Lauren.

Wanting some answers to my many questions about the two, I make my way to Dinah and Normani's hotel room.

Knocking twice, the door is opened by Dinah, who is sporting a purple fluffy bathrobe and pug slippers.

"Umm sorry to interrupt. I just needed to talk to you and Mani about something."

"Well you're in luck because we just ordered room service. We can talk whilst stuffing our faces with the aussie cuisine." Dinah grins at me and gestures for me to enter the spacious room.

Upon looking around I could see two king single beds. One side of the room was neatly made, whilst the other side had clothes and other such valuables spread all over the place. "I'm guessing that's your side?" I laugh at Dinah as she widens her eye's.

"I can't help being a little messy. NORMANI! GET YOUR UGLY ASS OUT HERE. WE HAVE COMPANY!"

A groan and a splash from inside the bathroom, tells me Normani was relaxing in the spa bath. A few minutes and Normani opens the door.

"I swear to god if it's Mila, she is not getting our room service. She'll eat it all -oh hey Bela. I thought you were Mila."

"Sorry Normani. I didn't mean to interrupt your relaxing time. I just thought you girls were the best to tell me some stuff about Camila and Lauren. I mean I would ask them, but Camila seems to have been avoiding me ever since we got here and Lauren is a mess."

"Well shit. You'll be here for a while. May as well get into a robe yourself and sit down." Dinah hands me a matching purple robe to hers and Normani's.

I do as I'm told and sit down just as a whole trolley full of food arrives.

1 hour later with our stomachs full as can possibly be, Dinah and Normani finish the story. "So now Canila completely refuses to believe Lauren likes her and Lauren acts as if Camila didn't completely tear her heart to shreds." Dinah burps loudly. "Scuse' me."

Despite the heavy topic, I laugh. "That's pretty full on yeah? I mean what did your last manager do? Did auncle Simon know any of this?"

"Nope. Nobody but Ally, DJ and I." Normani sighs, as if a weight had just been taken off of her shoulders. This must have really upset the group. I could feel the tension in the van yesterday.

"How long has Lauren liked Camila?"

"Since Xfactor," Dinah shakes her head. She's so close to both girls and obviously feels torn. "I don't know if she still likes her though. She refuses to talk to anyone about it."

I had to do something. As a manager, I couldn't have any of these problems get the better of the group's career. No one must know about this either. Most of all, Lauren needed to talk to Camila.

-

I soon left Normani and Dinah's room; Only sort of regretting eating all of that food.

I was heading to my room to take a shower, however I remember Lauren and Ally saying they were on the same floor as me. I pull out the hotel paperwork from my bag and sure enough, they're in B34.

Without hesitation, I knock on their door. Ally opens the door and smiles wide at me. "Hey Bela. What's happening? Everything alright?" My favourite thing about Ally is that she cares so much for those around her. No wonder the fans call her Sunshine.

"Um..I just need to talk to Lauren real quick. If that's okay?"

"Oh. Well I was just going to visit Normani and Dinah anyway. They apparently just had a massive feast and Dinah doesn't feel well."

I decide not to mention the fact that, I too was feeling not so well and step into the room gratefully. Ally closes the door behind her as I look around. It's the same as Normani and Dinah's. Except Ally and Lauren have both managed to keep it rather clean so far.

"Bela? I thought I heard your voice." Lauren steps out from the bathroom, looking as if she had just showered. Her hair was all over the place and she had on short pajama pants and a The 1975 t-shirt. She looked comfortable and cosy, just as I wished I was.

"Yeah it's me." I smile widely at her. I felt happy and relieved that Lauren and I weren't on bad terms.

"Where'd Ally go? We were gonna watch a movie together?"
"Oh she went to Normani and Dinah's room. I'm just here to speak to you about something."

I see Lauren physically stiffen. "About what?" She cautiously looks at me, and I can already see her put up her protective walls.

I clear my throat, readying myself for what I was about to say. "You and Camila," Lauren quickly shakes her head and takes a step back. "Lauren it's okay."

"No. We don't need to speak about this. It's none of your business."

"Lauren please hear me out. I'm not here to sway you away from liking her or tell you it's wrong. Remember I'm on your side. I'm not like any other Manager you've had." I take a step forward and eventually reach out to Lauren, pulling her to sit on the couch. "I just wanted to tell you it's okay to feel something for someone."

Lauren protectively wraps her arms around herself, refusing to look at me. "I hate that I told her. We used to be best friends. We would watch movies all night and rant about the most randomest things for hours and hours. Fuck I'm so stupid," Lauren looks up briefly to see if I was listening. "One night, we were waiting for the bus to leave for our next city. The other's were on the bus. Camila and I never got on the bus until the last minute. And this particular night in New York, we sat on top of a building and watched the busy streets. I kissed her Bela. I fucking kissed her, even when I knew she didn't feel the same."

I could hear the heartbreak in the way Lauren told her side of the story, and my heart broke with hers. I knew heartbreak sure, but I think this was different.

I rubbed Lauren's back for a long time. She sobbed and sobbed, until she eventually stopped.

"I'm sorry. I don't usually cry in front of people."

"Lo, I think you need to cry more often. Don't bottle up your feelings so much," I looked into her red puffy eye's. "I think you need closure. I know you don't want to hear this, but trust me when I say you need to talk to Camila."

Lauren looked out the Hotel's window thoughtfully. "I think you're right," she sighed eventually. "But she hates me."

"She may not love you the way you want her to Lauren, but she needs her best friend back." I pull her into a hug and watch as Lauren pulls out her phone.

"I messaged her to meet me own in the lobby in 15 minutes." Fear and nervousness is evident in her eye's. I squeeze Lauren's shoulder and turn to leave.

"Thanks Bela, I really needed that." Lauren flashes me a large smile, and embraces me again. And I really needed that hug.
