Emma's POV:

The rain was crashing from the skies, hitting the dirt of the cemetery with a force. It was so loud, it nearly canceled out the words from the priest, giving a eulogy as the coffin was lowered into the ground. Not that I was paying attention to his bullshit mind you. My mind lingered towards her. She deserved so much better than this. My sweet girl. My Nori. The love if my life. I stood with her mother and father who were weeping as the casket was lowered into the ground. I let her sister fall into my arms as hysterics overtook her small body. She's only 16 for fucks sake.

"Emma why did this happen?!" She cried. "Why Nori?!"

I hugged her back tighter and rubbed her back. Contrary to Nori who was quite tall, her sister Connie is only 5'2.

"I don't know Con. But I am going to find the mother fucker who took her. I promise you that."

She nodded and held on for another minute before letting go.

It was a small service. Just family. It consisted of Nori's parents, her sister and brother, her grandparents, and myself. I was family to them and was invited. One by one, each person went up to her grave and dropped a rose into the ground on top of the coffin, each of them saying a few words.

I went last. I wanted to give her family the chance to grieve. As her grandfather departed the grave, I made my way to the coffin in the ground and dropped a single red rose down, landing in a mix of white ones. My Nori.

I sank to my knees, closed my eyes as I tried to hold back tears, and spoke.

"My darling Nori. It feels wrong to speak like this when you're not even here. I love you Nor. I love you with all my heart. And I promise, I will find the fucker who took you and bring you home. I will find my way to you if its the last thing I do. After all, theres still hope. I'm talking to an empty coffin."
