Ch-7: First Meetings

Sanemi trudged through the forest with Obanai. 

It had been a fairly easy mission on Mt. Sagiri. 

It said that the hill was haunted by a peach-haired rascal of a young man and his babysitter who looked more like his girlfriend. 

"Can you believe that little droplet dipshit has a demon brother!?!" 

"This is why your brother smoked weed by accident" 

Sanemi growled at Obanai. 

"Explain, please!" 

"He and Tokito found green leaves, and they burnt them because that seemed logical" 

"My conclusion?"

"The surviving bloodline consists of a scarred dumbass and a hormonal dumbass" 

"Plus, I can't say anything bad about Tomioka" 

"He literally gave me snake wisdom!" 

Obanai waved his arms around, trying to prove a point, meanwhile Kaburamaru just hissed something softly. 

"Oh yeah, Kaburamaru's also best friends with that dude's crow" 

"So, I can't say anything" 

"First, a simp for Kanroji, now Tomioka-"

"wHOA NO NO NO! NO HOMO IN THIS HOUSE MY MAN!"

"This man and his body, both are reserved for Mitsuri Kanroji only!" 

Obanai pouted (Maybe? It was quite difficult to see his facial expressions under those bandages) and stuck his nose in the air, huffing angrily. 

"Ah, sweet denial!", cackled Sanemi.

The scarred man skipped ahead while teasing his friend, before suddenly bumping into someone. 

"Ouch! What the hell!?!"

They looked on as a boy, who looked around nine, fell on his butt. 

He wore a mask similar to the one Giyuu wore during his 'extreme social anxiety' phase. 

And he also wore a weird kimono, identical to the left side of Giyuu's haori. 

He also had peach hair. 

"Is he a spirit!?!", thought Obanai and Sanemi. 

"Wha-were you guys talking about Giyuu?"

"In an inappropriate manner?"

"Mark my words..."

"VENGEANCE WILL BE MINE!"

The boy took out a wooden sword, chasing the men till they were in front of a cut boulder. 

"DIE!" 

The boy almost struck Obanai, if not for stopping upon seeing Kaburamaru. 

"Oh, hey snake!"

Kaburamaru just hissed happily. 

"Et tu, Kaburamaru?" 

Sabito bowed down. 

"I'm so sorry! I didn't realise you were colleagues of Giyuu's!"

"Please don't tell him I and Makomo exist!"

"His emotional health is as shitty as his lying skills already!"

After chatting with the peach-haired brat, the two pillars made their way to Giyuu's house to gift him salmon daikon.
