izuku yagi was a loved son of the two heroes allmight and psybeam along with his sister nd friends but when izuku was misdiagnosed quirkless his life changed into a nightmare and then at the age 11 the bakugo twins decided to use their quirk in a landmine style after they slather izuku in their explosive nitrate and shoto using his fire and burned izuku so bad that when they heard his screams and realize what they did they immediately tried to save him but the fire attracted the heroes he was saved but was in a coma, in his head that very last bit of sanity was broken and now his quirk awakens inside his head
Quirk: insane mentality- the ability to put other in a state of insanity and fear with that the victim will be unable to break free
drawback the user must be insane to use it and the limit is 3 meter but with training the user can increase the length, the user can also cure those of mental insanity depending if the patient isnt to far gone
quirk 2: insane reality's- with this izuku can make deformed and savaged monster that some insane people can see or hear with this izuku can summon the monster to reality and control them to do his bidding
due to his state his mental state makes him kill everyone in the hospital but one to tell the world of ruvik the insane
