izuku cayman, once was yagi but after his quirk test when he was a kid, his parents ignored and neglected him and his sister and former friends start bullying him he runs at age 13 but at the cost of his arm, during his run he became a mercenary, at age 18 he won the mad world leagues, this caught the attention of the heroes and nezu, even though the mad world was a legal game for condemned villians and killers.
with izuku, he buffer and fit to even put prime all might in his place, his arm was replaced with the same chainsaw arm that jay cayman had but a few more adjustments
