Cassian grabbed the mic with so much force it made Gwyn worried about what he and Nesta did in private. "This one goes out to my MATE!" Cassian said. Gwyn could tell he was already drunk. Nesta let out whoop as she clapped and his music started playing.

By the time he finished his 5th song Nesta was pulling him off the stage.

Cassian was surprisingly good. Gwyn never pictured Cassian to be the artsy type, especially with how Nesta explained his dancing skills (not the best). She was glad he was finished though, the others in the bar were starting to lose interest, and the night had only just begun. As Nesta sat Cassian down at his table, she spoke quietly to him and glanced over at Gwyn, smirked, then continued talking to him. Gwyn knew she was planning something. After a few minutes Nesta made her way back to the table.

"Ok, your turn." Nesta said, grabbing Gwyn by the arm, dragging her toward the stage. "What? No! That is not why I came tonight. I'm not singing for anyone." Gwyn replied, trying to pull her arm away. Gwyn was strong, but Nesta was stronger. She pulled her the rest of the way to the stage, shoving the mic into her hand.

Somehow Gwyn could feel the shift in attention from the table where the rest of the inner circle sat. Even half drunk and engrossed in each other, their curiosity burned against Gwyn's back. They knew she sang for the other priestesses, Azriel had even gotten a glimpse of her voice on the solstice night she'd learned he sang as well.

She'd been able to picture it in the days after. His shadows swarming around him as his deep voice left his sexy lips. It was that thought that kept the mic from slipping through her hands as she faced the crowd. She took a few deep breaths, thinking too hard about what song she wanted to perform, when music started to play. She recognized the song immediately, I Wanna Dance by her lord and savior Whitney Houston. She looked over to the DJ and saw Emerie standing with him. Of course Emerie knew exactly what Gwyn should sing, it was up beat and not too serious, perfect for a friend gathering.

She took a breath, and began to sing.
