Y/N POV

"Get up!" A pillow slams into me and I jolt awake, grabbing onto Natasha's arm. She yanks her arm away and glares at me, "There was no need."

"Wha- I'm sorry?" I scrunch my eyes closed and she hits me with the pillow again. "Stop it!"

"Get off the couch then!" She hits me one more time for good measure before dropping the pillow back down.

"Ok! What's going on?" I mumble squinting my eyes open to see the sun peeking through the windows.

"We have to go." She starts pacing in front of me and I see that she's already dressed.

"Go where?" I ask as I stand up, lifting my arms over my head to stretch.

"We are meeting my sister. So wants to talk to you." She tosses a pile of clothes at me.

"You're going to have to explain more when my brain is awake," I say as I walk towards my bedroom.

"Anderson!" She calls and I turn around. "You drool when you sleep."

I what? "What?" I say, voicing my thoughts.

"Your fault for falling asleep on my shoulder." She shrugs and walks into her room leaving me to think for a minute.

I really had no memory of last night besides her. We had been on the couch just watching the show. Well, she was watching the show, I was watching her. A lot more than I should have been. I guess I had drifted off and landed on her shoulder. Oh god, what is happening to me? I'm not blind. I know what's happening. But it shouldn't be happening. I walked into my room and shut the door behind me, leaning against it.

"Damn it," I mutter, shutting my eyes. This isn't happening. I'm not catching feelings for her. I'm starting a relationship back up with the person that makes me happy. Made me happy. No. God, what is going on?

"What's taking you so long?!" Nat's voice makes my eyes fly open as she knocks on the door.

"Uh. One minute!" I shout back and I quickly scramble out of my clothes pulling on the simple outfit she had planned for me.

The second I opened the door her hand was holding onto my arm and we were walking down the hall. "We're going to be late."

"Great," I mumble and she tugs me forwards a bit harder. "Can you tell me what's going on yet?"

"In the car." She answers when we get into the elevator.

The ride down was silent after that but I grew strongly aware of her hand wrapped around my arm. When the doors opened her grip tightened and she pulled me out the door and into the lobby.

"I'm not going to run," I mutter and she glances at her hand, instantly letting go. I regret pointing it out the second she's not touching me anymore.

"I know that. Come on." She walks out the doors and is in the front seat by the time I get in next to her.

Once we are in the car and she's started driving I glace at her, "So...."

"Lena asked for the three of us to talk before you meet Sam. There's... there are some things you have to know." She answers, giving me a quick side glance.

"Should I be scared?" I ask.

"No. It's also just a way for her to figure out if you're a bad person or not." At those words, I furrow my eyebrows together and she laughs, "Don't worry about it. I know you aren't. She will see that too."

"That's reassuring I guess," I mumble which makes her laugh again. God, I love that sound.

"Here." She hands me a small bottle that I slowly unscrew the lid of.
