"Fool me once, I don't forget."

"Oh my God, can you just give up!" I scream into my phone. The taxi driver looked at me, clearly weirded out. "What?!" He looks back at the road, not wanting to start a fight with the girl who looks like she was ran over by a train.

"Look, I'm sorry. I just had a really bad day-" I try to apologize.

"Quoi?" Of course. Of fücking course he doesn't speak english. I had to freak out a guy who can't understand english. How the hell am I supposed to explain that I'm not insane now? I do have Google translator on my phone, should I try that? But the answers there aren't really that accurate. Should I try siri? You know what, I'll just search up google-

"Nevermind." Fück it. Who cares anyway? Not me.

He continues driving. I let out a sigh, Paris is just so beautiful. Its a shame I didn't stay too long. I mean after finding out that your boyfriend had a secret relationship behind your back with your best friend, who would?

My phone let's out another ding, signalling that I had another message. Dear God, can they not take a hint? If I didn't reply to them on the first message, what makes them think I'll reply to the following ones. Curiosity took hold of me, so I finally decided to check.

56 missed calls.

23 messages.

5 voicemails.

I let out a frustrated growl and texted a reply.

Emily: FŲCK OFF.

Sent. I swear to God they better take a hint and stop bothering me or I don't know what I'll do-

INCOMING CALL FROM Olivia Peterson.

And for once, God actually had mercy on me because at that exact moment my battery died. And I would prefer it dead for the rest of my time here.

In a few moments I saw the airport of Paris through my window.

"Nous voici." The driver said, whatever that means. I handed him my money and took my suitcases with me, entering the cold building.

I saw hundreds of people walking in and out, rushing to their gates. Adults standing in lines, children playing by the windows, teens on their phones. It was a big blur.

After I went through security, it was finally time for me to check my bags in.

I waited in my line until it was finally my time to check in, I placed my suitcase on the weighting scale. 46.2 kg. Kill me now.

"Sorry madame, you're luggage is overweight." The blonde mid 30's lady said. "I recommend you throw out the stuff the you don't need. Thank you." She says with a fake smile.

And that's what I did, I took pieces and scraps of my things out of the luggage. And after half an hour, it's still overweight.

I sat down on one of the walls in the airport, trying to find out what else I could throw out. I picked up a piece of lingerie that I bought specifically because I was going to visit him. Well, they're of no use now. I'll do myself a favor by throwing it. And so I threw it in the trash can next to me.

The next piece of crap item that I saw was a teddy bear. That he gave for Valentine's Day. I wasn't really surprised when I found myself trying to rip its head off, with the whole of the airport staring at me. It obviously meant nothing to me now, so I threw it out too.
