you couldn't help but laugh at him. "you're so fuckin dumb."

"man i missed this" ukai said, pinching the blunt between his fingers when you passed it to him. "what've you been up to?"

"not shit. working. and tryna keep myself busy" you picked up your drink from the cupholder and took a sip out of it. "what about you?"

"same thang. running the shop and coaching the boys. even chilled with specs a few times"

"specs?"

"the other coach. his actual name is takeda. i just call em specs."

"ohh the cute guy with the glasses"

"ah shit- uhm. maybe. who knows? i was tipsy at the moment so"

you turned to look at ukai with a serious face. "don't know. wanna find out?"

you weren't in a sober state of mind. but you damn sho knew what you wanted.
