03 : I am coming back

Rose: Sheesh! I am gonna be late today!!

Rose was preparing to go to her office, after freshening up, getting ready and having breakfast, she left for her office.

Rose: Fuck this traffic.

After some time, she finally reached her office, she started to park her car in the parking lot, but, she didn't notice another car there which was parked after many days, the car which made her excited whenever she would see it.

She got out of her car and checked her purse one last time, incase she forgot something.

Rose: Phone's here, earphones, charger, pen, house keys, my card, lipstick.....ok everything is here!

After checking her purse, she started to walk towards the exit of the parking lot when...

(Present)-

...she saw someone she wanted to be with the most but had to be away from the most, Y/N.

They both were standing just a few meters away from each other, exactly parallel from each other.

Rose's lips parted in shock, a tear escaped from her right eye.

Y/n froze on her spot, a deep sigh left from her mouth, the person she was trying to avoid the most was standing just in front of her.

Neither y/n, nor Rose, dared to moved, they were too shocked to move. The keep staring at each other intensely until woman approached y/n and snapped both of them back to reality-

Lisa: oh! y/n? hi! it's been a while since we last met! oh! hi there rosie! *she said sweetly in her honey like voice*

Snapping back to reality, Rose spoke-

Rose: Hi lisa, h-hey y/n

Y/n: Hi lili, h-hi R-Rose.

Lisa sensed the tension between Rose and Y/n.

Lisa: ayyy why are you both being so tensed? Is everything alright?

Y/n: *nods hesitantly* yes yes don't worry.

Rose: Y-yeah everything is alright.

Lisa: *in a suspicious way* ookayy I guess.

There was silence for 5 seconds, Lisa's suspicion grew even more, but then y/n checks her watch and realized something.

Y/n pov:
(in mind) oh shoot! Only 50 minutes are left for my train! Then who's gonna give this permanent leave letter in college?! *eyes widen* Wait, should I tell Rose? *looks at Rose* no no no that won't be right, it would be awkward. *shooks her head* Oh wait, Lisa is also in the same college as me *looks at Lisa* I should tell her.

Author pov:
Rose was looking at y/n suspiciously, she knew something was going on in her head and she could tell y/n was tensed from her facial expression, but she was confused whether she should help her or not.
Lisa could also see that there was something that was triggering y/n.

Rose pov:
Why does y/n look tensed? Should I ask her whether everything is alright or not? Should I help her? I wanna help her but wouldn't it be awkward to talk to her after what happened between us? I really wanna help her but my god it will be extremely awkward!

Lisa pov:
Why do I sense so much tension between Rose and y/n? Why does y/n look so tensed? Why is Rose looking at y/n like that?

Lisa silently asks Rose in expressions whether everything was alright or not, Rose just shrugs her shoulders and y/n didn't notice them talking in actions. Rose and Lisa's thoughts get disturbed in between when y/n says-
