April 14th, 2012, 12:00 College...Lunch Time
Two beautiful months, an amazing week, and five days is how long Jake and I have been dating. I know I know I've been counting, but come on it's my first real relationship. Well I dated this idiot Jason for two weeks and then caught him kissing another girl. I mean I know I should have known not to trust him because he was "The school's biggest player", but I was 15 years old then and stupid, but now since the "Jason Experience" I try to be wise about who I date. I also dated this guy, Matt, who also was a jerk and a creep. I haven't had a lot of luck. Anyway I found out a lot of things since me and Jake have been dating like he likes basketball, he's a pretty good cook, he knows karate, he use to play guitar and then stopped because of basketball and he's really sweet, kind, funny, and amazing! Yeah, yeah I know I'm cheesy, but ya know what...DEAL WITH IT! lol I talk to myself a lot...
I checked what time it is because I don't want to be late to class, again...12:15, I still have 15 minutes. Where is Jake anyway? He always meets me here at 12:00. As if on cue Jake walked up with his hands behind his back. He pulled them in the front revealing a bouquet of roses! "Aww Jake! What for?" I said hugging him.
"Well your birthday is in 4 days my darling and I got you these for an early birthday present," he said kissing my cheek lightly.
"Thank you Jakey!" I said. I was the only one you could call him "Jakey" and he hated it, but he still loves me.
"Your welcome Nee," he laughed as I punched him playfully because I hated being called "Nee". It was a name my grandma came up with and he heard her call me it on the phone. To bug me he still calls me it. I looked at my phone to see the time, 12:25. We better get to class, I thought just as he says, "Let's get to class." It's like he reads my mind.
"Ok" I replied back to him as I got my blue one-shoulder bag from the ground and took the flowers from the ground. He helped me up from the ground and we walked to class, hand-in-hand.

I put my hand in my purse fishing around trying to find my key. Yes, it was my birthday and I turned 19. Just another year older, I sighed turning the knob to my dorm room. When I opened it I found A LOT of flowers everywhere, I looked at my roommate, Dede, who was sitting on her bed.
"Jake," she said when she saw me.
"Of course," I smiled.
"Happy Birthday Chey!"
"Thanks."
"I have a present for you," she said pulling out a white bag, with blue tissue paper sticking out of it, out from under her bed. "Sit and Open!"
"Ok," I said and sat on her bed taking the tissue paper out of the bag. In the bag was a beautiful ocean blue strapless dress. "I love it!" I said and squeezed her tight.
"I know! Blue is your favorite color right?" she said a little nervous.
"Duh!" I said pointing to my blue bedspread, the blue top I had on, and my blue backpack. "Haha ok" she said looking relieved. "Thank you Dede!" I hugged her once again.
"Welcome," she says smiling. "By the way your phone just rang."
"Ok," I say going to my bed which had my phone laying on it. I opened up my messages:
---- Jake: Happy Birthday my beautiful Princess! =)
Chey: Ya another stupid birthday! :P
Jake: It's not stupid sweets
