Chapter 1 - Yang Jungwon

Author's POV

Jungwon woke up from his deep slumber, looking through his surroundings and smiled happily. Or is it?

He rummaged through his bed and saw his phone, not necessarily his though and saw a bunch of notifications.

"Will this Lover guy stop with the messages?! She's dead! Deal with it!" He threw the phone across his room and went straight to his bedroom.

Yang Jungwon, a young boy who grew up with his father. His father works as a detective under the government, he's just a normal detective with a normal ranking.

While Jungwon here, you might just say he's the complete opposite, he grew up watching crime documentaries cause according to his father, 'he should be the one to follow his footsteps and take a higher role than him'. He absolutely loved the idea of being a detective but what took his interest more was the suspect.

Imagine killing someone so precisely and people would be at your tail, finding out the working light bulb among all the broken ones. Imagine hiding in a decent spot in a game of hide and seek that'll probably take more than an hour to let the seeker find your spot? Jungwon was indeed very fascinated by the strategies murderers used.

Back to reality, Jungwon exited his bathroom and started wearing his school attire for the day. Once in a while his own phone beeped up with notifications. He blankly stared at the lockscreen while fixing his school uniform.

He closed his phone and sighed heavily, he hates school. Why? Cause it's boring. But still, why? No particular reason.

Jungwon took his bag from his table and headed downstairs grabbing an apple and a water bottle. Opening his door and locking it after getting out his house, stepping foot to the outside world.

Jungwon lives with his father but since his father was always busy with cases, he goes to work earlier than him.

While walking to school Jungwon feels like something bad will happen today. He feels a bad thing happening in the bottom of his heart and decides to ignore it.

What would be the wrongs and goods today?...
