Molly and Murdoch were heading through the magic buffers after leaving Culdee and Millie. As they were heading through they noticed the magic around th begin to crack and crumble. "Molly, what's happening?!", yelled Murdoch. "I'm not sure, but it can't be good. We have to get out of here." They were looking for a way to escape when they found a track venturing of to the left. "Murdoch, this is might be our only chance to leave, let's go." Molly and Murdoch went through this strange line which took them to a small village. "Where are we? Have you ever been here Molly?" "Can't say I have." Both of them then noticed that the tracks they were on were smaller than them. They were stuck. "Hello?", a voice said. "Who's there," it said again. Just then, a small engine came out of a shed, then another, and another, and another! There were four little engines: one red, one green, one blue, and one yellow. "Hi there! My name is Molly and this is Murdoch." The engines stared and didn't say a thing. "Might I ask your name?" Finally, the yellow engine spoke up. "Sorry bout them, they're a little surprised someone got in. My name is Jock. The red one is Mike, the blue on is Bert, and the green one is Rex." "Nice to meet you all! Where exactly are we and what do you mean by surprised we got in?" "Well, this is the Arlesdale Railway. We also like to call I the Mini Railway." Mike spoke, "And he meant surprised because we put a magic barrier around this place so no one could get in." "Magic?! How in the world did you use magic," asked a perplexed Murdoch. "I'll explain this one," said Rex. "When the Power plant went 'boom', we knew what was coming and we wanted to keep our railway and it's people safe. Luckily, at that time one of our friends was here and he set up a magic barrier for us before he left." "Who is this mysterious friend?" Bert replied, "The one and only Neville." Molly was ecstatic. "Neville! We have been looking everywhere for him! Do you know where he went?" "He said he was going to Ulfstead and then to Great Waterton.", said Jock. "That still leaves us with a question. How did you two get in here?" "We came in through some faulty magic buffers. The question is though:how are we going to get out?" They all thought for a second. Suddenly, Mike came up with an idea. "We can 7se the breakdown crane to lift you guys on to the bigger tracks." "The only problem with that solution is that the crane is made for engines like us. Not big engines like them," said Bert. Rex butted in, "True Bert but this might be the only option we have. We have to try." So with a nervous conscience, they lifted Molly first with the crane. With lots of strain, Molly was placed safely onto the bigger track. As the crane went to lift Murdoch, it blew a gasket because Murdoch was much heavier than Molly. "What do we do now?" asked Molly. "You go on ahead and find Neville. We will figure out another way to get off these small tracks." "He will be alright while he is inside the village," said Jock. "You just remember to be careful out there." With that, Molly said goodbye to her new friends and to Murdoch for now. She headed to what would hopefully be her last destination to find Neville, Great Waterton.
