Kumagawa Misogi was on the verge of graduation until he was choosen for a social experiment leading him to be transfered to Private Aichi Symbiosis Academy and confront the elite swordswoman. The perfect minus will enjoy his chaotic life.
Hakoniwa Academy is known to be am elite school that makes extremly succesful people. And that is true, for the most part. But this school has the tendency to host beyond extraordinare people.
Normals and specials are spread through the various classes of the school. But the classes 13 and -13 are the ones that hosts the abnormals.
Ironically enough, class -13 is more organized than class 13. While the pluses do whatever they want, the minuses actually have a leader.
We can see that leader walking through the halls of the school right now. He had hair of a very dark shade of blue and bright blue eyes. His skin was a pale white and a smile was present on his face. He was the perfect minus, Kumagawa Misogi.

He had a lot of misadventures. From having battled Medaka blow for blow, to amking the scene for her fight to Zenkichi, to battling a five thousands old hero, to finnaly defeating Medaka. All in all, he had a great run.
He was wondering what he'll do with his life after graduation. Though he did gave a great speech, he still had a few days left of school. Strangely enough, he was called for a talk from a person who holds great power over the school.
He opened a door, entering a office and starring at a old man, who was staring back at him. The elder had gray hair and beard coupled with a shade of blue eyes similar to Kumagawa's. He was the chairman of Hakoniwa Academy, Shiranui Hakana.

Hakana:Kumagawa-kun, I'm glad you could make it so fast. Please, have a seat.
Kumagawa nodded in acknowgled and sat on the chair at the opposite side of the chairman's desk. The old man got a lot of papers out of his desk.
Hakana:I'll cut it short, as I'm sure you have your own bussiness to deal with. You're transfering schools.
Kumagawa:[...That was quiet blunt. Did I do something wrong. If it's qbout the whole student council battle, it's a little late to complain about that.]
Hakana:No, no. If anything, I'm pleased with your results. This is, let's call it a social experiment.
