"So I was thinking bowling maybe?" Pete runs up behind me, I hadn't spoken to him last night.
"What?"
"You agreed about going out today!" He grins whilst trying to catch up to my speed walk.
"As if." I snort, flicking my hair over my shoulder as my shoes click on the linoleum flooring.
"Management are expecting you to, you have no choice."
"So bowling then?" I raise an eyebrow.
"Yeah, well there is this amazing one in San Fran! You'll love it." Pete goes on, we were setting off to got to San Francisco today, it was an awkward layout of the dates as we should have probably either started in San Diego or San Francisco rather than in LA.
"Woo a 6 hour drive to San Francisco, I can't wait." I roll my eyes.
"A 6 hour drive with me." He smiles at me. Wait what? He's not on my bus.
"I'm hitching a ride on your bus, Marty asked me to." He chuckles whilst nudging me as we walk side by side.
"I'd rather not, I'll get a ride on your tour bus, I'll sit with Andy and Patrick." I had taken a liking to Patrick, he was really sweet and kind.
"Oh no you won't." Marty comes up behind me wrapping his arms around Pete and I walking with us.
"For goodness sake Marty, why do you keep popping up?" I gasp, clutching my heart as he frightened me.
"I'm saving your ass, you don't want to have to fake date Pete so I won't let it happen." He grins before skipping down the hall calling Lauri's name.
"I'm going to my bus." I mumble before walking in the direction Marty went.
"Wait up! I'll come with you." Pete says before jogging up beside me, I will probably never get any peace from him.
I climb up on the bus with Pete close behind, it was 5 am we would not be getting to San Francisco until around 11 am.
"Oh Pete, you're riding with us?" Harley smiles, whilst him and Riley were playing cards and Marty and Lauri were making out on the couch.
"Uh yeah, if that's alright if you guys I guess." He rubs the back of his neck nervously, I just roll my eyes and head into the kitchen where Pete follows me.
"Can you not follow me around like a lost puppy?" I drink the milk from the carton.
"I feel awkward, this isn't my bus. I feel like an intruder."
"Then go hang out with Marty, but not me."
"What if I want to hang out with you?"
"You can't." I snap, then putting the milk back in the fridge.
"Well there isn't many places you can get away from me, so you're stuck with me." He shrugs before sitting opposite me on the dining table.
"I'll just go lay in my bunk then."
"I'll lay with you."
"No you will not."
"You can't stop me."
I glare at him, I have to spend most of my day with Pete Wentz, I already feel sick from the thought of it.
"Lets play 20 questions."
"I'd rather not."
"What's your middle name?" He continues anyway, I roll my eyes, but if I'm going to be stuck with Pete I might as well do something entertaining.
