"Good morning Mr thitipom" kongpob greeted with a smile as sweet as ever

"A very good morning to you too Mr sutthalik" the other doctor replied, softly laughing at the cheerful boy

Kongpob sprinted towards his cabin, his first ever cabin, a room which was all his, walking in, he looked around in an awe

The room was plain white, but kongpob would be lying if he said it didn't simply look like a rainbow to him, a desk was placed in the middle of the room, with a few files, a glass of water covered with a thin plate, a pen stand with multiple pens and pencils in it and the most attractive of them all was the silver name plate shining with his name on it

Kongpob ran his fingers over his name softly before giggling in excitement, hopping towards the chair, he took a seat and realised how the chair could round into 360° circle

Now, why was he so excited inside his cabin? Well that's because, it was his first ever cabin, Kongpob had finished his medical studies three years ago, and since then was working as an assistant doctor, while today he finally received a cabin all for himself and was now a doctor, a real doctor

Kongpob grinned widely at the thought of finally being a senior to some of the new assistant doctors, he was smiling so wide, that the corner of his lips started to hurt but he couldn't care less

Too busy in his thoughts, kongpob had almost ignored the faint knock on his door, but luckily heard it when it was repeated for the third time

"Oh..I..oh come in" Kongpob replied, he has always wanted to utter these two words

Kongpob's smile widened even more if possible, as Tine walked in, a senior doctor whom kongpob had assisted earlier and who was now a very good friend of his

"Khun Tine" kongpob called

"P'Tine would work Kong" tine replied, walking further in

Kongpob nodded, the baby like smile never leaving his face

"So, how do you like your cabin doctor kongpob?" Tine asked

"I absolutely love it!" Kongpob chirped

"That's great to know, though I came to inform you that there is a little change in the schedule today" tine informed

Kongpob nodded with a pout, a habit of his, it by instinct appeared either when he was sulking or was confused

"You have to be at the medicine room today, in place of khun thitipom, there is nothing much to do in there, all you need to do is make a list of all the antidotes we have in there, I hope that's not a problem?" Tine asked

"Not at all p, I'm rather experienced in doing that" Kongpob replied

"I know, that is why I passed it onto you, anyways have a good day ahead doctor" tine wished, chuckling

"Thank you p, I wish the same to you" kongpob replied, his smile reappearing

Tine patted Kongpob's shoulder, flashing him a proud smile before he made his way outside, back to his own cabin

Kongpob looked around excitedly, it was his first day as a senior doctor, and nothing could make him happier, though he fantasized, how happy his parents would be if they were still here, with him 

Kongpob's parents passed away two years ago, in a car accident, they were going over to their hometown, to celebrate a festival like every year, Kongpob, who was bust with his work denied to accompany them

It was the next day when he received the news of his parents accident, they had both passed away on the spot, as much as kongpob remembered, all his parents ever wished was to see him as a doctor, and his heart always felt uneasy, knowing they were the only one who couldn't see him being one

Smiling at the picture of his parents he had in his wallet, kongpob took a seat on his chair, as he waited for patients, if there were any

It was seven in the evening, kongpob had a couple of patients to attend, and how proud he was of himself, for coming out all confident

He was now heading towards the medicine room, since his shift was replaced with that of his senior doctor, New thitipom's

Pushing the door open, he walked inside, meeting a familiar sight since this was something he did at least once a week while he was an assistant doctor

Going further inside, kongpob set to work at once, gripping his clipboard tighter, he went through shelves and began marking everything he had to until...
