The End.... for now?

Adrien's POV
I woke up on my bed with no recollection of what had happened. I remembered that I was packing for the sleepover and.... it was a blank. I must have fallen asleep. Then I felt something weird. My arms were wrapped around something. Couldn't be a someone right? I don't have a girlfriend and neither did I know anyone who would be in this position with me. I opened my eyes to see a totally familiar person. Her thin but strong arms were wrapped around my waist while I towered over her with my own arms wrapped around her protectively. Gosh, it was like I was her boyfriend. No no no, delete that thought delete it, yeah that's better. I couldn't see myself but I was pretty sure my complexion currently matched a strawberry. Her head was tucked under my chin, due to her short height. Her breathing was even and her face looked like an angel's. Her blue hair was not that messy. Her legs dangled off the edge of my bed, where I reached to gently remove her sneakers.

What surprised me was that when I tried to move she held on tight to me, as if her life depended on me. I had to stretch really hard (this is where being Chat Noir helps) to remove her shoes. I really didn't know how we got into this position. Just thinking about it gives a feeling I don't really recognise. It feels like ummm birds? Nah that's not it. Yeah butterflies! It felt like butterflies were flying around in my stomach, using it as their personal racing track. After a lot of hard work, which I'd rather not describe (it was hella embarrassing), I managed to get off my bed. I immediately missed the warmth of her hands around me. I shook my head to erase that thought. What is happening to me? (It's called love my dear blind boy)

I started to complete packing my bags. The shirts and undergarments and toiletries and everything else that was necessary. Not after quite some time I heard a groan come from my bed. I looked over to see the petite bluenette awakening from her sleep. I decided to give her time to regain consciousness and went downstairs to the kitchen to get myself a glass of water. I looked at the mirror to see myself looking back at me with the droopy eyelids and messy hair. Gosh, if I ever went modelling like this then I can only imagine what would happen. The world might end. Trying to tame my hair to no avail, I sighed and headed back upstairs.

Marinette's POV
I woke up once again in the all too familiar room with the soft pillow under my head. The bed was so springy and soft I began jumping up and down on it, giggling like a small child. When I recovered my wits I looked at the doorway to see... drum roll please... Nino! Joking, I saw Adrien fucking Agreste. The person whom I have been in love with since forever. The person who can see but it still the blindest person on the face of this planet. He stood there casually leaning against the doorway. He looked really really hot, to say the least. A glass of water was in his hands and his hair was messier than usual. He was smiling at me fondly.

"I am sorry but you looked really cute. Now how about we head to your place?" I was confused. My place? First of all why was I here? Then the events came rushing back to me. A rosy colour slowly spread on my cheeks while Adrien grew scared. "Are you fine? You are getting a little red," he said. I sighed in my mind and just nodded, not trusting myself to speak. I couldn't believe all that had actually happened. And.... Tikki!!! I forgot her at home. I need to head back. "Sure!" she said. "Let's go back home."

Even Adrien looked surprised when she spoke without stuttering for the first time ever. How could he not be? Heck, even I was surprised. Imagine how surprised Alya would be when she finds out. Oh no! I left her and Nino alone. I need to return quickly. I picked up what I assumed was his bag, put my sneakers on and ran towards him. Without thinking I put the glass back and grabbed his hand. I pulled him down the stairs and out of the door running the whole way.

Adrien's POV
I was just watching Marinette when suddenly a look of realisation dawned her face. Before I could react she put on her sneakers, grabbed my hand, put the glass on the table and dragged me out of the house. Those stupid butterflies began to fly around in my stomach again. My face suddenly felt hot while I had to run to match the speed she was going at. Damn! She was fast. Like I was Chat Noir and still I had trouble keeping up with her.

Halfway there I asked, "Umm... would you mind telling me why are you in such a hurry? I mean it's not like Alya and Nino are alone at your house." I was joking but one look at Marinette's face and I knew the joke was true. I cursed under my breath and started running again, pulling her closer to me. When the house came in to sight we slowed down, now walking at a slower pace.

None of us questioned our joint hands. It's not like I didn't like it. I enjoyed feeling her soft hands, the warmth travelling through my arm. I enjoyed the fluttery feeling that it gave to me. I was walking when boom, no not an akuma, I tripped. I hadn't noticed my shoelaces were open and I tripped, falling into the nearby alley. The problem was I was still holding Marinette's hand, due to which she also fell.

I closed my eyes and then felt the pain as I came in contact with the ground. Not so long after, another body fell on me. The body was relatively really light and belonged to my best friend. I opened my eyes to find myself in an awkward position that a part of me enjoyed. Our legs were tangled together, my hand on her hips while she had her arms around my waist. Her head was on my chest and her complexion matched one of a cherries. I figured I looked similar.

When I tried to get up I fell back on top of her. After many unsuccessful attempts I decided to go with an idea my mind gave. I spoke, "I am going to try something. Just don't scream, okay?" She nodded looking extremely flustered. I turned which brought her back on top of me. I missed the feeling of dominance but quickly dismissed that thought. I then put an arm under her legs, another on her back bone and picked her up bridal style.

I could feel her squeak, a really adorable sound if you ask to me. She then asked me if I would let her down to which I responded with a no. Her house was really near, why walk? And if I let her down we might fall again. She turned a bit redder if possible and then proceeded to make herself comfortable. At the end, her face was pressed in my chest, her arms hugging my waist. I then walked us back home and let her down when we reached home.

Both of us were blushing as we entered the house. But none of us brought up the events that had happened.
