Prologue

IN A MIDDLE of the deep forest, a full moon can be seen in a peaceful night sky. And there, a man can be seen riding a horse on a full speed as if his life depends on it. His face are full of sweats mixing with his blood that's running from his forehead, his body is trembling and there's a lot of cuts and bruises all over his body.

In his current state, there's only a small chance he will survive. And the person behind this will not let this man escape.

Lumingon siya sa kanyang likuran upang tingnan kung andyan pa ang sumusunod sa kanya. Nang makita niyang wala, parang binunutan siya ng tinik sa leeg.

Pero diyan siya nagkakamali dahil ang kanyang sinasakyang kabayo ay nag-umpisang magwala na parang nakaramdam ng panganib.

And because of shock, he fell from the horse and his right arm hit something sharp, making blood flow from it. His whole body is aching as he groan in pain, but he still try to move his body but when he look up, fear creep his whole body.

The horse is nowhere to be seen but that's not the reason why the man is shaking in fear.

The face of the man is as pale as a paper, his body is trembling at the same time, his body felt numb. His eyes are shaking in fear while looking at the person in front of him.

The person in front of him is a maiden with long wavy ash grey hair that is gently flowing along with the wind. Her eyes is as blue as the night sky but is emitting a cold aura. She have a snow white skin and her face is blank while holding a bloody katana but the desire to kill this man is burning within her.

Such a beautiful maiden as she reflected the full moon behind her back. If not only for the splashes of blood on her body and her full black outfit, you can really mistaken her for being a deity.

Paatras ng paatras ang lalaki ng lumalakad palapit sa kanya ang babae. Nanginginig ang kanyang buong katawan, lalo na ng makasalubong niya ang mga mata ng babaeng kaharap niya.

The eyes where you can feel your death. No, her whole being represents death that will take you to hell. Para siyang si kamatayan na handa kanang sunduin.

Yan ang nararamdaman ngayon ng lalaki habang nangingig sa takot habang nagmamakaawa sa babaeng kaharap niya.

"D-don't...don't c-come here" na-uutal na sabi ng lalaki.

Ngunit parang walang narinig ang babae dahil patuloy lang siyang naglalakad papunta sa kanya habang hinihila ang kanyang katana na lumilikha ng tunog ng metal na nakaka-panindig balahibo at masakit sa tainga.

Sa patuloy na pag-atras ng lalaki, hindi niya namalayan na wala na pala siyang maaatrasahan ng maramdaman niya ang puno sa kanyang likuran.

And because of that, he can see clearly the face of death who possesses a body of a woman towering him right now.

When the woman look down at the man in front of her, her shadows overshadowed him from the light of the moon behind her.

Then she single handily raise the body of the man as if he is just light as a feather by the collar with no emotion on her face.

Mas lalong nanginig sa takot ang lalaki ng makaharap na niya mismo ang mukha ng babae, mukha na parang anghel ngunit mayroong mga matang parang demonyo.

He felt that any second, he will faint from the intense pressure coming from the woman. Also, because of that, he felt that his pans are starting to get wet, but that's not what he concerns about, because right now, he is facing death, and when he try to remember what happened five months ago, he thought 'I should have never done that if I knew that this will be the cause of my death'. But its already too late, but still, he try to move his lips and said...

"P-please, p-please have m-mercy" sabi niya habang nakapikit ang kanyang mga mata dahil hindi niya na kinayang tingnan ang mga mata ng babae.

A cold smirk bloom from the woman's red lips because of what he said.

"Mercy? What's that?" the woman tilted her head as if asking what he means and continued with a very cold voice as if it came from the grave. "How dare a person like you ask for mercy."

"Now tell me, what is your connection to the triads and why did you do that?" ask by the woman, and when the man keep silent, she continued, "If you don't open your mouth right now, I will be the one to pull your tongue out."

That made the man panicked and said, "I-I d-don't k-kno--aacckk" the other hand of the woman came to his neck. The man tried to break free but no avail, the woman's grip is very strong.

"You really want to die in a painful way, do you?" The woman said with a much colder voice. Her nails is starting to dig on the man's neck while her grip is getting stronger.

Nahihirapan ng huminga ang lalaki pero sinubukan niya paring magsalita, "I-Its true, t-those t-three person just p-paid me to b-burn the m-mansion and the f-forest t-together with the others" na-uutal niyang paliwanag.

"Do you see their faces?" tanong ulit ng babae.

"No-acckk" habang tumatagal, lalong humihigpit ang kapit sa kanyang liig kaya dali-dali niyang dinagdagan ang kanyang sinabi kahit kinakapos na ang kaniyang hininga, "B-but I s-saw... the t-tattoo of o-one of those t-three....I-Its...a triangle w-with an e-eye on the center."

Nanatiling tahimik ang babae pagkatapos niyang ipaliwanag ang kanyang naalala, na mas lalong nagpakaba sa kanya. Ngunit lumuwag ang kapit ng kamay ng babae sa kanyang liig, at maya-maya ay binitawan na siya nito.

The man is trying to catch his breath while coughing, and when he look up, the woman is already walking away. He thought that was over and try to ran away, but not even a meter far away from where he stand, out of nowhere, a mist is starting to envelope the man in a rapid speed, then...

"AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH" a scream broke from the man that echoed to the quiet forest. Moments later, the scream stop and the mist disappear.

There was nothing left but ashes that is blown by the wind. The woman stop walking and look back.

"Welcome to hell" she said with a wide smirk and continue to walk out of that dark forest.
