AS I WAS in deep thought, I didn’t realize I was already in front of the drawing room. I only came back from my senses when I heard laughter coming from men inside the room which is very familiar to me.
Napangisi ako ng may naisip nanaman akong kalukuhan. Tiningnan ko ang aking kanang paa at napangiti sa nakita. When the mist fully envelope my right leg, without warning, I kick the double door really hard, creating a loud bang.
The door flew because of the force and all the windows inside the room shattered as the mist scattered around the room.
And there I saw three people lying on the floor together with the messy room. Namumutla ang kanilang mga mukha ng makita ako na nag pangisi sa akin.
“Surprise M*therf*ckers” I said with a smirk.
And that, my friend, is what you called grand entrance.
Just kidding.
Hindi ko ginawa yun. Its just my wild imagination. I knock three times and a second later, someone says ‘come in’.
I touch the door knob and calmly open the double door. And there, I saw Knox, who is sitting casually on a sofa while eating a cookie. There’s also my uncle who has black hair and grey eyes who is also sitting next to Knox while reading a book. And lastly, I look at the man who is elegantly sitting at the single couch while drinking tea. When our eyes met, I saw his Cyan Blue Eyes. Mas humaba din ang kanyang buhok kesa noong huli ko siyang nakita.
Oops! Ang larawang ito ay hindi sumusunod sa aming mga alituntunin sa nilalaman. Upang magpatuloy sa pag-publish, subukan itong alisin o mag-upload ng bago.
I gently smile at him, “Welcome back, Claude”
Tinitigan ako ni Claude ng ilang segundo at binaba ang tasang nasa kamay niya sa lamesa sa kanyang harapan.
“Kiera” He replied as he stand up from his seat. He has a big smile on his lips while he walk slowly towards me.
He looks so matured unlike last time. And while I was busy comparing his face three years ago and now in my head, natagpuan ko na lamang ang sarili kong nakakulong sa isang mahigpit na yakap. I chuckled because of that and slightly tap his back.
By the way, let me introduce him. His name is Claude Azray Lysander Addison la Mortem, my cousin.
He’s the only child of Uncle Kyle who is my father’s brother. Uncle Kyle is currently the Archduke in Dominus and Claude is his heir, that’s why Claude rarely visit Solstair.
As for me, since father was a Crown Prince, I’m a successor to the thrown together with Claude and my other cousins. At kung tinatanong niyo kung bakit nandito pa ako…hmm, well, let’s just say I’m still waiting, not for someone, but for something…somethingthat will definitely help me in the battle for the throne.
