AS DAYS continue to pass, people tends to move on, and people tends to change. There is no permanent in this world except change. Even immortals, who live for eternity also change and starts to despite their lives. Living alone, watching people die around you and being…left behind.
My case have no connection to those immortals, what we both have similar to each other…we both despite our lives, and also…being left behind. Left behind by those around you.
Ever since I woke up, there’s a question that always bothering me,
‘Why, why does it seems that no ones looking for me? Even when I woke up, strangers are the one who greeted me, even with no memories, I can still feel that I have no attachment to them nor felt familiar with them. If I truly have a family or people that care about me, they would be here with me…beside me. However, it is the opposite, and there is only one answer for that,’
‘I…I have been abandoned.’
As the sun starts to set, ang kaninang liwanag ay napalitan ng kadiliman, ngayon ay kitang-kita ng aking mga mata kung paano umusbong ang bilog na buwan sa madilim ngunit malamig na kalangitan.
Katulad ng malamig na panahon, malamig kong tinitigan ang buwan. The Doctor just left earlier but here I am, just staring blankly to the moon.
As I continue to stare at the moon, I realize that I forgot to ask how long I have been unconscious… I have been conscious for more than 2 weeks but I still didn’t know how long I have been in this hospital nor what month are we right now. D*mn! I didn’t know I was that oblivious in the passage of time to the point I will ignore one of the most basic concerns! I cannot also blame the doctor or any staff here cause it is me who was not listening. Maybe they already mention but I just didn’t hear it cause I was too preoccupied.
*sigh* whatever, I’ll just ask later. What more important is…
‘What now? What am I gonna do? I don’t have any families to go back nor place to stay…’ Its not like I’m just gonna live inside the hospital forever.
Hindi ko namalayan na tumatawa na pala ako, if anyone see me right now, I’m sure they will be frightened and think I’m a retard.
