"I think that this world replaced the border to Altus, though it only works for you and Noé." Darcy said.

For a bit of context, Darcy and Vanitas were trying to come up with theories so they could finally get back to their world.

"You sure?" Vanitas asked, hand on his chin.

"Mhm! That would mean you'd have to be touching a vampire- Oh.." Realization hit Darcy in the face like a brick.

Vanitas smirked.

Darcy frowned.

"I suppose we could try tonight." Darcy started.

"You do know where it is still, right?" Darcy asked.

Vanitas nodded.

Darcy sighed.

Later that day, at around midnight..

Vanitas was dressed in his normal clothes while Darcy wore a white blouse and skirt, with a black cape that spread to her shoulders from the hood that rested on her head.

"Here we are." Vanitas spoke up.

There was nothing, just a brick wall.

"You sure?" Darcy asked.

Vanitas hummed, grabbing her hand.

"Ne! Chotto-"

Fun fact:
Darcy speaks Japanese when she panics.

They made it.

They were in Vanitas' universe.

Not in Altus, but the human world.

Darcy was amazed, she had never really seen Paris in real life.
('Because no they weren't in Paris that whole time I just can't say where otherwise I'd literally dox myself 💀💀)

Vanitas smirked.

It was still midnight.

They made their way to Hôtel Chouchou, where Noé was waiting.

They had already told Noé about their plan, and since he was able to cross with out help he went early.

Amelia who honestly surprisingly was still working at the hotel greeted Vanitas.

Vanitas led Darcy to his room.

Vanitas sighed, "We are going to have to go clothes shopping tomorrow.."

Darcy hummed.

"For now, wear this to bed." Vanitas said, handing her an extra pair of the pyjamas the hotel had handed to them.

Darcy changed, and so did Vanitas.

"Where will I sleep?" Darcy asked.

"With me, in my bed. Just know Noé is very loud." Vanitas said.

Darcy nodded, laying down into the bed, Vanitas following.
