"Dad, where the FUCK is my diary?" Loona yelled from her bedroom, making both Blitz and I jump a little as we looked over the couch at Loona's bedroom door, watching her burst out of it with a furious expression on her face.

"Loon, have you checked under your bed?" I asked, getting up with a grunt and walking over to Loona. She quickly calmed down as I moved towards the room, moving out of the way as I walked in. She followed me in and watched me silently as I crouched down at the bed, reaching under and pulling the decorated book out. "Voila, my love," I said softly.

I stood up and held it out to her and she took it gratefully, hugging me out of the view of her father. "Thanks, hun..." She whispered, letting go of the hug. "I should actually check under there next time, shouldn't I?"

I simply laughed in response before giving her a quick kiss, brushing her long locks of silver hair out of her eye. "Yes." I said in a flat tone. "Yes, you should."

Without another word, I turned to the door and walked to it before turning back to her with a smile, mouthing "love you" to her before leaving the room and returning to the couch. "Where was it?" Blitz asked, looking at me with a side glance.

"Under the bed," I replied with a small laugh, turning to him. "Where it was last time."

Blitz laughed in response before turning back to the TV, flicking through the channels until he found one that had something to do with horses. "Ooh, I like this one!" He exclaimed as he settled back into the couch.

7:23pm

"So..." Blitz looked over to me as he shoved a spoon of fried rice in his mouth, obviously having a question come to mind. "When can you get back out in the field again?"

"Uhh... I think Stolas said two months, so... four-ish weeks now." I said after a moment, finishing the food I had in my mouth before speaking and looking over to Loona, who was also busy eating.

"And you're really gonna sleep on my couch for that long?" He asked, putting the bowl he was eating from down on the coffee table and grabbing a Hella-Cola can, cracking it open.

"Actually..." Loona interrupted, putting down her food and looking towards her father, her paw slowly moving to sit on top of mine between us. "Y/N and I were talking and..."

Blitz went silent, seemingly nervous for whatever was coming next.

"I wanted to know if I could move into Y/N's apartment." Blitz's face went pale at the suggestion. "J-just to take care of him. You know Red Eyes, right?" Loona asked, making Blitz stop and think.

"You mean the one down the road from the club where that guy got killed a couple of weeks ago?" He asked after a moment.

"Yeah... that's the one." I said, remembering the day very clearly. "Heard you almost ran some imp that looked a little like you over just before that incident."

Loona snickered, knowing what I was talking about as I told her the story of how I found I.M.P. on one of our lunch breaks after I got stabbed, since I'm now sharing the receptionist desk with her until I'm in shape to get back to missions.

"Come on, Loonie. You know he doesn't need any protection, right? He's a big, tough hellhound. He can handle himself." Blitz steered the conversation back to the original topic, and Loona shot me a worried look at his answer.

"Should we tell him?" She whispered, uncertainty clear in her voice. "Do you think he'll take it well?"

"That's his choice, I guess. We're both adults, it's our decision." I whispered back. Loona nodded, knowing I had a good point and we both sat straight again.
