I can't recognize her features very well. My eyesight is too blurry. I was too tired to even tell her to get out. One of my more stupid decisions if I do say so myself. I decided to go and lie down on the couch.

"Hey Akari! Talk to me!", the intruder said.

"Shut up! I already gave you the benefit of staying. At least respect my wishes a little!", I angrily replied.

She gave out a heavy sigh and continued cooking. She seems hurt. I didn't mean to shut her out like that. But because of my crankiness, I unnecessarily hurt her. Maybe I need to apologize? But no. I can't even move my damn legs to stand up. But I hurt her didn't I? I'm conflicted... This made me sick to my stomach. I'm so pathetic. I fell asleep soon after.

"Akari. Akari? Hey Akari. Wake up and eat dinner."

I woke up to the sound of the unknown woman's voice. She was there by my side, tapping my chest, waking me up. Up close, she is pretty. Milky-white skin, black hair, deep-blue eyes, and that damn cute face. She looks like my age too. Is this living the dream? Not to mention that figure. I'm having lewd thoughts again.

"Sorry for not introducing myself. I'm Ishigami Elisa. I am a doctor and a researcher from the University of Tokyo and I have been assigned to monitor you, and your health conditions subsequent to the coma you suffered from last year.", she explains with her hand at her chest. This girl... She is the embodiment of tidiness and harmony. So prim and proper.

"So it's true that I've been in a coma...", I implicitly asked myself.

"Affirmative. You fell into a coma on the 11th of June, last year.", she responded.

11th of June. Isn't it today? No. Don't contradict her. I've been in a coma and I have no grasp of what happened. I'm basically a year late, relative to everyone.

"Okay Elisa. What date is it today?", I asked her.

"It's the 11th of June, 2021. Exactly one year after that incident.", she revealed.

So I basically time traveled? I literally have no recollection of any memory related to my coma. It's very strange considering that I was at my last therapist appointment yesterday. Yesterday, it was 2020. And now everyone's telling me that it's 2021? No way... This is ridiculous. I can't believe it, yet I needed to. There's no way that I could be mischievous. Not at this time.

"You look hungry. I can tell by your pale skin. Go and eat already.", she commanded me.

I responded, "What exactly did you cook?"

"Just go and see for yourself.", she irritably said with a provoked mug. What's her problem?

I went to the kitchen to check the pan's contents. It's pasta. It's a fancy-prancy pasta dish of some sort, the kind of dish you could see only in fine dining restaurants. That, or it's just me who doesn't go outside much. I opened the cabinet to grab two plates and two forks. I took the spatula to get two servings, one for each plate. I walked to the couch and handed her a plate.

"Oh thanks Akari, but I already ate."

"What exactly did you eat?"

"The pasta. While I was cooking, I set aside a serving for myself. Though save this plate for later."

KNOCK KNOCK

"Ah yes. That must be her then. It's about time.", Elisa noticed.

"Who?"

"Just open the door please."

I walked to the corridor to peep through the door. I was perplexed to see Elisa outside. If that's Elisa, then who's the on-
