These are a few of my poems. I would prefer to take my time and try to sort the better ones out from the rubbish so it might take me a while to collect. I hope you can stop by and enjoy a poem or several. In poetry (good or bad) we express something of who we are so please be gentle.

Charlie's an introverted girl, yet she's got lots of thoughts in her mind. Her personality contained lots of traits and some are contradicted. Then she realized she's a bit too cynical. She hoped she could have more positive thinking but off times she can't help but to question everything. She wanted to change but the skepticism in her rooted too deep to be removed. Her thoughts collided and she had no idea how to let it all out. It nearly blasted and her resistance to the complicated world almost led her to self-destruction. Until Caleb walked closer into her life, she's found the way out. "I don't understand. Why it's so many blurred lines in this world? If you don't like someone, why do you fake it? Why you gotta be so pretentious? I can't. If I lost expectation on someone, it's just gone. I wouldn't want to fool myself." "That's because most people need to live with identification. So they conceal themselves and cater to the crowd." "That's silly, eh?"

I Wrote is a playful, satirical take on fantasy tropes, blending absurd humor with surreal imagery. It subverts traditional expectations-knights, dragons, goblins, and demons all behave in ways that defy their usual roles, engaging in mundane or unexpected activities. The poem explores themes of creative frustration, narrative unpredictability, and the absurdity of storytelling, as the speaker struggles to shape a conventional fantasy tale but finds their characters resisting typical genre conventions. The final stanza hints at self-reflection, suggesting that creativity itself is an unpredictable force, much like the strange runes of the mind.

My final essay on religion for Advanced Placement World History and Theology, or APWHT. This was one of the three essays we had to write along with 70 multiple choice questions in 3 hours, as the final exam for college credit. If you pass, like I almost did, (even with a perfect score on two essays and a 70 percent on questions, I didn't finish the third essay. No one did.) you can get a college credit towards a world history degree. It's a huge opportunity. Only one in every three hundred students finish the exam, and only one in six hundred get a seventy or above, a passing grade.

Lucidly Ludicrous is a poem about a gullibe girl who trusted too easily, and eventually got stabbed in the back, quite literally. This is a situation similar to many people, teenagers and adults alike, who once had the ability to trust, before people broke their hearts, trust, and innocence.

"Now as to my part of the bargain. You must arrange a date for me as well." "No" he firmly said. Furious I turned him towards me. "What do you mean by no?" "No, I won't." "Why not?" Silence. I introduced you to Zoya. Now it's your turn to keep your end of the bargain. More silence. "Are you even listening to me?" Some more silence. Bewildered, I almost shouted, "Zain! I am talking to you, damn it." In a quick movement, he turned towards me, his eyes red.
