Unknown to Miranda we had you kiddo. We all had a feeling that you would end up becoming the host of Miranda's daughter so to protect you I had to train you to use your power and sent you away from the Village.

Karl: But to be honest I still haven't gave up on us son. While you were away I was trying to build a metal army so I can kill that bitch. I could've done it I could've won if only Ethan had joined me and helped me use Rose.
