Kim Taehyung was the second son of the Kim family. Eventhough he had a older brother, he was the one who took the burden of their family business . He was a busy man. He didn't even have time to date anyone or even to take a good rest.
Since two weeks, his parents and brother ( Kim namjoon ) have been throwing hints about marrying or something similar. And now he was suddenly called to return home skipping work. He growing suspicion wasn't wrong.
As Taehyung reached home, he only saw his hyung there . Namjoon soon came to him and said "let's talk about something important".
"It better be something important or u ll regret calling me in the middle of a meeting. ", Taehyung replied.
"You are really a workaholic ,Tae. You never dated anyone after Hoseok and that was when u were in high school. Why are u like this ?"
"Why are we suddenly talking about this though?"
"There is a reason. You are getting married tomorrow night "
"Whattheactualfuck" , Taehyung said thinking he might not have heard him right
"Yeah, it is in some 24 hours but we had to decide quickly and that's why we couldn't ask you anything. "
"B-but who am I marrying even?"
"It's dad's friends son Mr. Jeon's son. Mr. Jeon is not in a healthy state and he wants to see his son happily married. But I don't remember his name"
"Awesome so you mean I'm gonna marry a total stranger in a day!", Taehyung said almost like shouting .
"Don't worry it'll be already we can't do anything about it so you better be ready for it. Mom and dad went to arrange the venue together with Mrs. Jeon "
"I don't know what to say. You guys decided everything so I should just get dressed and play along I guess" , he said with disappointment clearly visible through his voice.
Before Namjoon could say anything, he just walked out .
"Where are you going?"
"Don't worry I'll come for my wedding I'm just gonna get a drink", he yelled from outside
"Take care bro ", Namjoon replied back.
"Taehyung just drove to a nearby bar and went to the bartender and asked for some shots. As he was gulping down the drink , he thought 'I should have taken my time and tried dating after I left hoseok too. But now it's too late. Timing doesn't work the way we want after all .'
