A lovely morning was before us, and so was a letter from our mentor, Rengoku.
Mr. Crow: *Flies onto the window pane with a piece of paper in its beak*
Me: This crow has something in its beak. *Takes the piece of paper* Thank you, Mr. Crow!
Mr. Crow: Caw! You're welcome! Caw! Caw! *Flies away*
Tanjiro: What did he give you, Nezuko?
Me: *Examines the piece of paper* It's a letter from Rengoku~San. *Opens it and starts reading*
Dear Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu and Inosuke, if you can please come to my estate. I have a surprise for you here. Oh, and if you can young Kamados, please bring along your little brothers and sister. I'll be waiting for you over here when you come. Sincerely, Kyojuro Rengoku.
Zenitsu: A letter from Rengoku~San?
Inosuke: (Excited) What could our surprise be?
Tanjiro: We'll have to find out when we get there?
Me: Yes, I agree. *Shouting* Hey, Takeo! Hanako! Shigeru! Can you three hear me?
Takeo: *Appears* Loud and clear, Nee~San!
Hanako: What is it, Nezuko?
Me: Rengoku~San just invited all of us to visit him at his estate. Wanna come?
Shigeru: (Excited) Of course. We absolutely enjoyed his time at the Christmas Party.
Me: *Searches the room* Where's Rokuta?
Takeo: He's still with Mom and Dad.
Hanako: (Excited) I'm going to go ask Mom if we can bring Rokuta with us.
Hanako soon disappeared to go look for Rokuta in the heavens.
Takeo: Why would a hashira invite us?
Tanjiro: Rengoku~San has a surprise for us, and he also asked us if we could bring you three along.
Shigeru: (Excited) A surprise? That sounds like fun! I wonder what it could be.
Hanako then reappeared with Rokuta by her side.
Me: I guess Mom and Dad let you take Rokuta, huh?
Hanako: *Nodding head* Mmmhmm, but they said we have to be back by 8:00 and no later.
Me: That's okay! *Bends down to little Rokuta* Rokuta, ready to see Rengoku~San with us?
Rokuta: (Excited) Hooray, Rengoku~San!
Me: *Picks up Rokuta* Then let's go!
Zenitsu: Should we bring Adzuki and Chuntaro with us?
Me: Of course, Zenitsu! I'm sure Rengoku wouldn't mind.
Hanako: Yay! *Picks up Adzuki* We get to bring Adzuki with us!
Adzuki: *Happy barks*
Shigeru: *Looks up as Chuntaro sits on his head* Hello, little guy!
Chuntaro: *Excited chrips*
With that, the ten of us left our and trekked through the forest on the way to Rengoku's. On the way, I got to listen to my brothers and sister talk about what surprise could be waiting for us there.
Shigeru: I wonder what surprise Rengoku~San has for us!
Hanako: Maybe he's going to give us something. Or take us somewhere.
Takeo: Take us somewhere? Hanako, where could he possibly go?
Hanako: Anywhere! He's an adult, after all.
